Family Dentistry of Arnold

I have always gotten along with and became good friends with many of my health care providers. Meet for lunch and spend time with them at their house. Moved to AZ and got a horrible dentist and quit going. Arnold Family Dentistry has given me new found faith and trust in the dentistry profession. Absolutely fantastic. For the first time in 10 or so years, dentist's are my friend again. Thank you all for what you have done and will do. Y'all are the best.

Worked with us to setup a treatment plan for my elderly mother that has dementia. The staff and Doctor explained every step of the treatment plan, including adjusting it as we progressed through it. Worked very well with her diagnosis, displaying patience and grace. Recommend anyone needing quality dental care to give them their business.

They added dental hygienist assistants, so now you have to wait to see three people during one visit. They polished my teeth and flossed before scraping tartar, which was weird and I felt like I had to floss again after the visit. There was zero communication with what was going on, so by the time the dentist came in I didn’t know that’s who he was. I actually thought he was the hygienist until she came in after him. Whatever consultant they used to update their processes did everyone a disservice.

I was gratefully they were able to get me in for a cleaning, I was supposed to be the 1st appt. of the day. got there 15 min. early as they told me to; however, 5 people went in before me and they didn't call me in till 20 min. after my appt. time. got in, had over 21 xrays & a 360!! not sure why all that is necessary. they found a cavity, but said it would require a root canal instead of a filling. I told them I don't believe in root canals with all the info out there on them and my previous dentist (who moved states) also didn't agree with doing them and they literally laughed at me. said the dentist must have wanted to go a more expensive route... I left there after 2 hours, yes, just for a cleaning, with a treatment plan of $3900!! that's with insurance. I couldn't believe it. I went and got a 2nd opinion from a dentist who didn't take my insurance and walked away with a successful filling (no root canal needed) and only $110. ** Be aware of what they say needs to be done! Might be to pay for all their unnecessary technology equipment **

When taking your child to a new dentist, your nerves can be pretty crazy. However, Family Dentistry of Arnold made the experience SO easy for us. My child left the dentist excited to go back, even after getting work done. Every employee we came into contact with was kind and the pricing/treatment plan was straightforward and clear. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

After our dentist of over 15 years retired we had to start looking for a new one. I wish someone had recommended Family Denistry to us! I finally contacted them and was fortunate to get an appointment for general cleaning and check up. I couldn’t be happier. It was found that I had some old work that needed to be addressed. The staff was remarkable. I was impressed by how much the technology has advanced. My wife has an appointment in April and she’s looking forward to it. Thank you Family Denistry!

I went in today for a cleaning & to get my wisdom teeth looked at. They got me in pretty quickly, and were very professional. They gave me a referral to get my wisdom teeth out so I can get on that. They also verified my insurance beforehand and didn’t sneak in any hidden costs. We went over the bill before treatment so I knew exactly what I’d be paying. I have horrible anxiety but I felt comfortable here due to the patience and kindness of staff!

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is kind, patient, friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy thier jobs. They are efficient and organized, before I reach the front desk they have the cost of any future work I need done, after insurance and then go over with me. There is practically no waiting between the hygienist and the dentist. Always low calm music and the chairs i could sleep in. It shows that they care about our comfort and experience. The dentist themselves, could not ask for better. If you are looking for a new dentist, you'll be glad you chose this one.
