so at first the receptionist was fine i guess but then she disappeared for ten minutes while i was just standing there, which is a great start. the dentist came in and barely looked at me before poking around like i was a science experiment gone wrong, the whole vibe was off from the get go. they tried to upsell me on some bleach treatment i specifically said i didn't want, twice, and the hygienist kept sighing like i was wasting her time for asking questions. i left with a sore jaw and a bill that was way more than they quoted, so that was unexpected and not in a fun way. pretty sure i still have a cavity they told me was fine too, so thats on me for trusting them, never again.

This place is the best! I would give 10 stars if I could. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received at Irvine Smiles Dental. I’ve been living out of state but had to come home for a family emergency and broke my tooth. I’m not a patient of theirs but they were able to get me in immediately. Della at the front desk was so helpful. I received excellent care from Dr. Chiang and Lewis. They even stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure I was fitted with a temporary crown before the weekend. The procedure itself was painless. Everything about my experience at this practice was exceptional. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. A million thanks to Dr. Chiang, Lewis, and Della.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic during a recent dental emergency. They were so accommodating and handled my situation with great sensitivity and patience. I’m especially grateful to Louis, Doc Chiang, and Liz for being so kind and professional - they are a fantastic team! The pricing was also very fair and transparent. Highly recommended!

I’m so glad I finally found the best dental service in Orange County! I would strongly recommend Irvine Smiles Dental to anyone in OC looking for excellent care and a great dentist. Dr. Jack Chieh-Hao Chiang did an amazing job with my teeth, and Della and the rest of the team were wonderful in providing their services. What I love most about this place is their honesty and professionalism, which can be hard to find at other dental centers.

Dr. Chiang is a great dentist—very skilled and easy to talk to. He replaced my crown and did an excellent job. The front desk and everyone there are really friendly and welcoming. It’s always a smooth and pleasant experience every time I visit.

I visited Irvine Smiles Dental at the recommendation of my fiancé, as they've taken good care of her since childhood, and now I can see why. Immediately the staff treated me like family and I was in good hands. I am normally very squeamish and sensitive but they alleviated all my worries. Della, the front desk, welcomed me in with open arms and made me feel welcomed. The Doctor and Nurses also worked skillfully and offered me compassionate guidance on how to protect my teeth. I'm glad I visited and will surely do so again!
