My experience here at family dental was great. My doctor who treated me was amazing, gentle and knowledgeable. I’m so happy they were able to see me. The hygienist was amazing too. My teeth felt so great after the clean. Everyone was amazing and thank you for taking care of me.

I've been coming here over a year and im comfortable with the not only my Dentist, Dr. Gosai, but her whole team and the office staff. I've never had an unpleasant experience, and they make me feel heard when I ask questions and/or have concerns on next steps. I highly recommend this office, you won't regret it.

I brought my daughter in for her first year cleaning, and myself for some X-rays and a dental plan to fix my teeth. The ladies working with us were honestly Amazing and so welcoming! Jenny talked me through everything and reassure me with my plan and they did wonderful with my daughter. I’m glad I switch dentists and will be coming here!

If I could give zero stars for certain staff members in this office, I would. My son had his first cavity fillings done here, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. From the moment we walked into the treatment room, the hygienist seemed disengaged and provided no explanation of what was about to happen. The nitrous oxide mask was placed on my son without anyone explaining what it was or how it would help him. When the dentist came in, he barely acknowledged my son and did not take the time to explain the procedure in a child-friendly way. The entire appointment felt rushed, as though getting through the procedure was more important than helping a nervous child feel comfortable and safe. My son became very upset during the numbing injection and later had to sit upright because he felt nauseated and nearly vomited. Rather than showing empathy, the dentist appeared irritated whenever my son became anxious and attributed his coughing and nausea to swallowing water and topical anesthetic. The one bright spot in our visit was Laura. She stepped in when both my son and I were overwhelmed, helped calm the situation, and took the time to explain things in a way my son could understand. She showed him the filling material, let him touch it, and talked him through the process. Her patience and compassion made a significant difference. If you are looking for pediatric dental care, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Children deserve providers who communicate with them, prepare them for what to expect, and show patience when they are scared.

Everyone I dealt with at the office was Friendly, Professional, Quick and Thorough! Very satisfied with my visit. Any questions I had were answered and upon leaving I was confident that I would be coming back, not just as a new patient but as a Loyal one. I was very impressed today with my whole experience & it looks like this will be my new Dental Office! Thank you to Dr Sipes, and to the Dental Assistant whose name I cannot remember, for an excellent first appointment experience and I look forward to many more in the future.

I had a great experience at this dental office from start to finish. Kerestin at the front desk was incredibly helpful in getting me scheduled on short notice, which I really appreciated. Morgan made the checkout process quick and easy, and both were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Williams and his assistant, Maddie, were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The treatment itself was quick and completely painless, which made the whole visit even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a friendly and efficient team!

From beginning to end , my experience was AMAZING ! AMAZING ! I was so expressed with how smooth my first visit went . I loved how you can complete entry forms online . They needed nothing from me on arrival . I Barely sat down till I was called to the back . The Hygienist . Superb! outstanding ! Kind ! Diligent! I was so impressed with her . After expressing all my concerns to her, she not only helped me with each and every concern I had but she also Let the dentist know EVERY concern I had Without judgment in her voice . She was so kind . Something you want when you fear going to the dentist. The Dentist herself was also so kind . Front desk staff AMAZING ! I left there feeling so confident . I can’t wait to see them in 6 months .
