The blonde middle age woman dental assistant is the most unprofessional and rude healthcare worker I have ever encountered. First few times I put up with it, second to last I brought it up and she apologized saying she had eaten chocolate that morning and might be hyper? Last time she continued to be extremely rude and unprofessional so I walked out. The dentist himself was always professional and kind, but I’ll never return their because of her and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Never made it back to see the dentist, the first person I met was a rude older lady, and she was the receptionist. And she was more interested in what was on her cell phone than doing her job. If they don’t need the business I understand but don’t waste people’s time by scheduling then have the receptionist treat you like garbage. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a long time.

I’ve been in pain for a long time, had no insurance until recently. Needwork done and s major concern was a broken molar that’s been crippling and painful and made life miserable everyday for me. I called on my day off. They were able to get me in the same day a few hours after calling. I saw older reviews and was worried but when I spoke on the phone and came in person I was treated kindly and respectfully. They were very professional and attentive all the way around. They got my paperwork done fast and had me in the chair after xrays in good time. I felt no judgement nor discomfort. They explained what was being done and explained options and took good care of me. I was shocked at how fast and effortless my tooth was pulled and before I realized it we were done. I would recommend anyone here and as a first time patient I will definitely return. Thanks guys! You have no idea how much pain and misery and headaches you rid me of. I can actually play with my son and not be in bed hurting and rolling around screaming. I cannot express how much something that may seem so simple has improved my daily life.

I can't really understand the bad reviews. I'm extremely afraid of the dentist and this office was fantastic with me. I had all my teeth removed except for seven, I hardly had any pain after the procedure. The whole office have been really nice and polite. This process has been extremely smooth for me, I'm so glad that I came to this office and let them do the work that needed to be done. Thank you Mr.Wolf ( both father and son) for making this process easy as possible for me and for the new wonderful smile I have. I highly recommend this office for any dental work you need.

I have been going to this office from June until December of 2014 I had all of my teeth removed and new dentures made to completion. Although it seemed to take a lot of time from beginning to end, I'm more than satisfied with the final results. Dr Zatman was always very nice and if you need an oral surgeon theres none better than Dr Julius. The dental assistant Paula took a lot of extra care in making sure that my new dentures fit perfectly and it showed in the end result. The extra time it took was well worth it. While it may not be the fanciest dental practice anywhere, in the end I would highly recommend their services. They certainly did great by me.
