I've had a couple frustrating experiences since I started dental visits last year. Today I had another visit to obtain a second opinion. I was so relieved as it was the best beginning with the front office. The ladies were friendly, patient and professional. Their kindness felt very good and made me comfortable. Jenna the office/dental assistant was awesome. I appreciated her courteous and efficient approach. Her patience was very calming. And the x-ray technician was great, no pain all completed successfully. Thank you. Dr. Wang came in sat and asked what I needed. She then discussed my x rays and had 2 options ready for me. I was amazed. She explained both options with the why and ways they would provide quality to my overall health. Explained decision to refer me to a specialist for my current implant issue. I really liked her belief on saving the teeth and she was honest regarding cost and why it was necessary to get the process started. I've never had a consultation of this caliber before. I've already scheduled my next visit but I highly recommend ABC Family dental. They really genuinely care about their patients. Again, thank you to everyone from front to back end! A special thank you to Nicole she provided help with additional information regarding my trays and confirmed my understanding of the treatment plan and setup/referral to surgery specialist. She has a joyful personality and very knowledgeable on insurance.

I had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, Taylor made me feel like family rather than just another patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. What stood out most was the level of care and attention I received. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit, checking in regularly and making sure I felt at ease. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate dental team.

Came here for a cleaning and they took extensive X-ray and thoroughly explained the images to inform me of a tooth issue. We worked out options for payments and the severity of getting work done on the tooth and I felt informed and heard by the staff. Not the biggest fan of dentists and I’m really sensitive with getting work done in my mouth but we rotated some dental assistants to help get the X-ray images which was helpful and Dr. Wang was gentle when she worked on me, thankfully stopping to ask how I was doing every few minutes. Felt comfortable despite the long hours I was there for the procedure. Will rec for family and friends for this location.

Yolanda is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly gentle, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you know exactly what’s going on. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants the best for them. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best dental visits I’ve had.
