Made Ya Smile Kingwood

When selecting a dentist I don't normally go for a place like this and try to use a private dentist which I have been using for over 10 years. The pricing got ridiculous with my private dentist after I retired and can no longer afford the prices that he charged. Dr Olson at this location was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I'd give it a try. I was very impressed with the employees when I called and they give me recommendations for a dental discount and set me up with an appointment very quickly. Upon arrival I noted that the atmosphere was very pleasant and clean which is important to me. I was seen within 5 minutes. Dr Olson was very attentive and listen to my problem and was able to make recommendations for treatment. I have further treatment with the oral surgeon but I am looking forward to going back and starting on a treatment plan with Dr olson. I hope this is my forever dentist. At least I know if he ever goes anywhere I'll be comfortable with this practice.

Kingwood location is absolutely spectacular! Have seen them for years. Cleaning, filling, root canals and extractions. Never ever have I hurt or been uncomfortable. Dentist and staff and amazing. Thank yall so much!

I wanted to leave a review because this office is just so outstanding! The staff are beyond helpful, caring, patient, and overall the best team of dental professionals I could ask for as a patient. From the office/ receptionist to the dental assistance to the Doctor, everyone is amazing. I hate the dentist and was very nervous about my filling but once I was in the chair and being taken care of I felt so much more relaxed. It went by very fast and I was comfortable the whole time, they truly show that they care. I wish I would’ve found this office years ago! Thank you to the team for all that you do. Truly everyone is amazing.

Dr. Olson is great, my family and I have been going to made ya smile for years now. Hope the office situation improves, but I have to give up. My care suffered from many scheduling issues and it finally caught up to me in a way that made me move on from made ya smile. If you give the office a chance, they will mess up your appointment, they will have billing issues with your insurance that they do not care about. You will be met by an office manager who will tell you anything but mean nothing. You will be asked to sign some outdated screen that goes to who knows where and they rarely even give a clue what it is. The doctor and his assistant are awesome. The hygienist appointments are extremely dynamic and fast to the point where they try to get you out of there without the doctor seeing you. In my case, I had a child in braces that was ushered out without seeing the doctor after a cleaning. This place is owned by some parent company that does not care about what goes on in this location. Office manager office manager issues. Seriously for years…we are done. Good luck to everyone!!

I’ve been going to them for the past year, and they are absolutely amazing. From the staff to the doctor, everyone makes you feel like you’re their top priority. They truly listen to every question and concern. I’d rate them a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. I recently chipped a tooth, and they fit me in immediately. They were able to get a temporary in place so I could still go on vacation, and the whole process was incredibly smooth—especially for something that could have been really scary. I’m so thankful I found them.

Because of your professional and caring approach to taking care of me, my teeth and sensitive gums, my experience was phenomenal!! The level of customer service provided was truly exceptional. Staff offered comprehensive and valuable information regarding our appointment. The reception team was particularly noteworthy for their courteous and supportive demeanor. Their professionalism significantly enhanced our overall experience. I felt well-informed and prepared throughout our visit. The helpfulness displayed by the front desk personnel was greatly appreciated. This commitment to excellent service is a significant asset. It certainly made my interaction a very positive one.

I love Dr Olson and his staff at Made Ya Smile in Kingwood. Each year gets better and better; the quality of care is top tier and they make you feel like family. 8 years strong and I think it’s longer but the care is awesome.
