Clear Springs Family Dentistry, Dr. David McIntyre DDS

After my last experience with my previous dentist, I was pretty nervous about finding somewhere new. I worked in the dental industry for a long time, and I’ve got some pretty high standards when it comes to choosing to call a practice “home”. Dr. McIntyre, his treatment coordinator, Mandi, and the rest of his staff pretty much invited me in and fed me supper. The evening before my appointment, he personally called to welcome me to the practice. I’ve never had a doctor do that before, and it immediately made me feel like I wasn’t just another name on the schedule. When I got to the office, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and cut up with. To me, that matters just as much as technical skill. You can be the best dental practice in the world, but if you or your staff have the personality of a wilted flower, it makes the whole experience stressful. The entire staff made me feel like an old friend. Dr. McIntyre took the time to explain every treatment option, and my treatment plan reflected ALL of those options. I left feeling informed instead of pressured, and I was able to schedule my next appointment with confidence. My previous dentist told me my tooth could not be saved and that it needed to be extracted. Dr. McIntyre was sure he could save my little tooth… and you know what? That magic man built me a whole new tooth, yall! He saved it!! If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients (and his staff! He and his RDA, Lexi, worked seamlessly together on my little tooth today!), takes the time to communicate, and provides exceptional care, I highly recommend Dr. McIntyre and his team. I just started with Clear Springs Family Dentistry. I am a physician myself so I know what to look for. These folks are the most thorough and professional dental providers I’ve encountered. They explain everything and have the latest and greatest technology. Impeccably clean office and clinic. I highly recommend!

Came to Clear Springs Dentistry after having a traumatic injury caused by another dentist. The office staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. The hygienist was excellent. Dr. McIntyre was very knowledgeable and professional outlining a treatment plan addressing many issues. A STELLAR dentistry which I can highly recommend!!!

As I entered the office I was greeted by name by the desk staff. They assured me that they had all my paperwork and everything was good-to-go. Because I was a few minutes early I had to wait in the comfortable waiting area. One of Dr. McIntyre’s assistants settled me in the procedure chair with modest vibration. Dr. McIntyre was friendly, took a few minutes to get acquainted , then went to work. I am impressed.

If you don't like the dentist, you should go to this practice. Call them, make an appointment, and you'll be met with so much warmth it'll feel like family. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and kind, they're very real with you about what your dental needs are, pricing, and planning. Their practice is also so pretty and it's customized to make *you* comfortable while you have work done on your mouth. There's tvs to watch Netflix on for longer procedures, there's always a song playing, and the chairs have both heating and massage elements! Everyone will make you feel welcome here. My last dentist left me anxious, but as soon as I started going here, I got excited to go to the dentist (crazy, I know). They even got me excited about using my waterpik for flossing! Give them a chance, you'll be met with warmth and joy.
