I had an outstanding experience at Kyle Parkway Dentistry. From start to finish, the level of care and professionalism really stood out. Neveah the front desk/coordinator is really nice, she explained to me about my insurance I understood everything. Insurance can get a little confusing sometimes but she helped me understand it. Thank you Neveah! Overall, the entire team made me feel well taken care of, informed, and at ease. There are not enough words to say about how impressed I am with this office and the care and compassion they give. We moved to the area about a year ago and put off trying to find a new dentist. We finally scheduled appointments with this office and I am so glad I did! My youngest, 17 yrs, has struggled a bit with the move and depression, so her oral care has stuffed a bit. The hygienist was so kind and not once did he make her feel bad same with the Dr! We officially have found our new dentist office!

We came in for a second opinion and ultimately decided to move forward with treatment here. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Pham is incredibly kind, patient, and caring with our daughter, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Dr. Pham, Desiree, and all of the front desk staff were truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, and they made me feel so comfortable, calm, and cared for from the moment I walked in. The office was beautiful and spotless, and everyone treated me with so much patience and compassion. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and always explained what she was about to do before doing anything, which I really appreciated. She also took the time to walk me through all of my options and made sure I felt confident before moving forward with any treatment. Dr. Mahesh Dholariya was just as impressive. She was very thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure everything was properly evaluated and clearly explained. On top of that, the state-of-the-art equipment absolutely blew me away. You can tell they invest in the latest technology, which makes the whole experience feel more efficient, modern, and comfortable. Kati, the receptionist is great, very pleasant and a great personality to set the experience off to a great start. My dentist was also great, cool, very solid and vibrant energy (forgive me I forgot his name. Marcus or something I think). They always do a good job and keep things honest. Tell you what you need to improve for your dental health while still understanding the classic human nature to be negligent and try to make reasonable suggestions for improvement. Always happy with my experience, have every intention on continuing my patronage. (Plus they got all the cool new teeth tech that makes the experience smooth and efficient)
