Mission Lakes Dental Care

Phenomenal! Not kidding when I say this is the best dental office I've ever visited. They got me in immediately after an appointment with another office ended up not being the right fit for me. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and have the most advanced equipment/technology that I've seen in any dental/medical office. They didn't try to "upsell" me anything I didn't need, they simply explained to me multiple options for my treatment and educated me so that I could make the decision I was most comfortable with. Exactly what I'm looking for in a business.

I’m so grateful to have found Mission Dental! My experience has been amazing so far, just from a phone call and my first visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. When I called to schedule my appointment, the person on the other end was so welcoming and genuine. During my appointment, everyone was down to earth and truly cared about making my visit a success. A huge shoutout to Beth, the cleaning queen—my smile looks more beautiful than I ever expected! The management took the time to ask about my past and present and also explain my future dental health, and they were more than happy to work with me on plans, rates, and insurance. They even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! It felt wonderful to be treated so well, especially since my last dental experience was far from great. Having been through a lot that has affected my dental health, I really appreciated their compassion and support. I never want to go anywhere else, and I highly recommend everyone check this place out!

Wow! I am truly amazed by how thoughtful and knowledgeable every person I interacted with was. I am so happy that I made an appointment. I did have issues with being told that my insurance doesn’t cover certain things. I did call back and they were very receptive to fix any issues. All in all if you’re looking for a dentist that will explain everything this is the place to go.

I waa dealing with severe discomfort in my gums and teeth and were able to get an emergency appt. within the hour. Dr. Jean B. and her hygienists were so calming and friendly. I received xrays and a referral to an endodontist which they recommeded who were also excellent. I will be going back for the rest of my dental work and I also referred my inlaws who use them and say they are very pleased with them as well.

Update: We are now several visits into our dental treatments. We are impressed with not only the level of continued courtesy, caring and professionalism from the staff but the knowledge and understanding of the Dentist and Hygienist themselves. I we highly recommend this dentist’s office. Our first experience at Mission Lakes Dental was a very positive one. The exam performed by the Dental Hygienist was through and all aspects of the exam and the results were explained in great detail. The attention to detail was impressive, leaving nothing unclear or uncovered. We will be scheduling the work that needs to be done but so far we are very impressed. The dentist and staff are professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I am that one that has such a fear that I have not visited a dentist in over 10 years. My experience here from the new patient visit to my cleaning/fillings has been perfect. Myra, the front desk person, her assistance was perfect. Lucy, my dental tech is 100 percent amazing. And the dentist was so good. Highly recommended. I love my stress free Saturday option. Relaxing clean atmosphere. Thorough communication. Patience with my phobias, can not say enough.
