Mission Lakes Dental Care

I’ve always had a great experience at Mission Lakes Dental Care for all my dental treatment. The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable, and the care I’ve received has been excellent. I highly recommend Mission Lakes Dental Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental office.

I have so many positive things to say about this office!! First off, my visit was really unnerving to me because I had a dental injury that turned out to be a bigger deal than I ever expected. I'm also one of these people that has never had a cavity or any kind of dental work done besides regular cleaning and I had braces when I was younger. Having a major issue was pretty anxiety provoking to say the least. The entire staff was so welcoming and also very aware that this visit was not an easy one for me. They made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. What struck me was the care and concern they all had and the speed at which they moved forward with it all. I saw Dr. Jean-Baptiste and she is an angel. Kind, caring, and thorough! Jessenia, her Dental Assistant is also outstanding and did a lot of work to get to the root on a more complex issue. Jeremy, the Practice Manager was a RIOT. OMG...he's hilarious and all the ladies at the front desk...Mayra and Marcella.....equally fantastic and all three of us had some laughs up there to take the edge off. The office had to get me on antibiotics ASAP for this issue and had all of it called into the pharmacy before I even got over there. I've never seen that before. On my follow-up, it was decided that I'd need a Maxillofacial Surgeon to take over and Dr. Jean Baptiste helped me again by referring me to Dr. Michael London at Elite Oral Surgery. I saw them and they are wonderful as well. I can't say enough about this dental practice. It runs like a dream and what I really liked is they called to check on me TWICE. They also refilled all the scripts to be sure nothing crazy happened while I waited to see the other surgeon. This is a classy group in here. I researched them online and felt they may be the right people to see but my expectations were not only met but they exceeded them as well. Keep up the excellent patient care standards and also your willingness to have a good laugh with the patients. It means so much when you get someone like me in there who is pretty rattled by the fact that they never expected a dental issue this big to ever happen. Thank you all for giving me trust and also making this such a great experience with your team. I know I'll be seeing all of you again but next time.....just for cleanings...lol!!

Phenomenal! Not kidding when I say this is the best dental office I've ever visited. They got me in immediately after an appointment with another office ended up not being the right fit for me. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and have the most advanced equipment/technology that I've seen in any dental/medical office. They didn't try to "upsell" me anything I didn't need, they simply explained to me multiple options for my treatment and educated me so that I could make the decision I was most comfortable with. Exactly what I'm looking for in a business.

I’m so grateful to have found Mission Dental! My experience has been amazing so far, just from a phone call and my first visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. When I called to schedule my appointment, the person on the other end was so welcoming and genuine. During my appointment, everyone was down to earth and truly cared about making my visit a success. A huge shoutout to Beth, the cleaning queen—my smile looks more beautiful than I ever expected! The management took the time to ask about my past and present and also explain my future dental health, and they were more than happy to work with me on plans, rates, and insurance. They even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! It felt wonderful to be treated so well, especially since my last dental experience was far from great. Having been through a lot that has affected my dental health, I really appreciated their compassion and support. I never want to go anywhere else, and I highly recommend everyone check this place out!

Wow! I am truly amazed by how thoughtful and knowledgeable every person I interacted with was. I am so happy that I made an appointment. I did have issues with being told that my insurance doesn’t cover certain things. I did call back and they were very receptive to fix any issues. All in all if you’re looking for a dentist that will explain everything this is the place to go.

I waa dealing with severe discomfort in my gums and teeth and were able to get an emergency appt. within the hour. Dr. Jean B. and her hygienists were so calming and friendly. I received xrays and a referral to an endodontist which they recommeded who were also excellent. I will be going back for the rest of my dental work and I also referred my inlaws who use them and say they are very pleased with them as well.

Update: We are now several visits into our dental treatments. We are impressed with not only the level of continued courtesy, caring and professionalism from the staff but the knowledge and understanding of the Dentist and Hygienist themselves. I we highly recommend this dentist’s office. Our first experience at Mission Lakes Dental was a very positive one. The exam performed by the Dental Hygienist was through and all aspects of the exam and the results were explained in great detail. The attention to detail was impressive, leaving nothing unclear or uncovered. We will be scheduling the work that needs to be done but so far we are very impressed. The dentist and staff are professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I am that one that has such a fear that I have not visited a dentist in over 10 years. My experience here from the new patient visit to my cleaning/fillings has been perfect. Myra, the front desk person, her assistance was perfect. Lucy, my dental tech is 100 percent amazing. And the dentist was so good. Highly recommended. I love my stress free Saturday option. Relaxing clean atmosphere. Thorough communication. Patience with my phobias, can not say enough.
