Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - Lake Worth, TX

I went along with my daughter who’s 20 for her appointment. She checked in. I sat down. While sitting, I thought what did she just sign? I went up to where she was at the counter and asked her. She said it was something about what they were going to be doing and cost. I asked to see the paper. The girl behind the counter, put it on the counter and I looked it over and noticed a 70 something dollar charge for a cancer screening. My daughter is 20. I said you don’t need this so we told her to take it off. We confirmed, yes, take it off. Fast forward… My daughter goes back. I wait. She comes out.They call us up to pay and the total is the same as it was before. I said “We took the cancer screening off. Why is this this amount?” She said oh they did the cancer screening. You have to tell the person back there that you don’t want to do it at the time or else they’ll still do it. I said “I’ve been here before and I’ve canceled the cancer screening at the time I signed in before I was seen and they knew not to do it. This is wrong”. My daughter felt bad. She said they flashed a blue light. She didn’t even know what it was. No one said “Now we’re going to do your cancer screening”. So to not cause a huge stink we paid, but that will be the last time we ever go back to Monarch Dental Lake Worth. They were deceptive and unprofessional. Never again!

Casey and the staff at the Lake Worth Monarch Dental location are phenomenal. They treated my elderly parents with so much care and patience. I cannot express how thankful I am for their care and professionalism. They have been truly wonderful.

This facility has multiple red flags and I do not recommend using them. First, my name was incorrectly recorded and after my first visit with X-rays and exam, I was informed that I had severe degradation of my teeth and require 4 fillings— 1 for a cavity and 3 for degraded enamel. I was given a bill for almost 4,000$ and was told that my insurance is “very good” and out of pocket cost is only 700$. My name was still spelled incorrectly on this bill despite correcting it at the beginning of my appointment when filling out new patient paperwork. I was not given a cleaning. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and fluoride treatment and was told it will be $115. I asked about the fact that my insurance coverage should have a $0 copay and they told me my cost was $115. I called my insurance and they rectified the situation and stated that the $0 copay is correct. I called back to make an appointment and the office stated I could not opt out of the $50 oral care screening which is a part of their treatment plan. At this point, I felt that there was too much dishonesty to move forward and decided to seek a second opinion. Based on my interactions with this company it is clear that they monopolize on as many charges as possible and for treatment that is not necessary.

Dr. Deepak C. N. is an exceptional periodontist. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the modern approach he takes to patient care. He answered all my questions clearly and developed a treatment plan that felt personalized and effective. The staff is also wonderful and very organized. Highly professional and highly recommended for anyone needing specialized dental care.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 7 years mainly because of convenience and loyalty, and my whole family also receives care here. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing enough that I’ve decided to leave. The orthodontist is the one bright spot—he is professional, kind, and does a great job. I truly wish he had his own office. However, the front office staff and especially the orthodontic manager/supervisor have been consistently rude and unhelpful, which has made visits stressful and unpleasant. It’s really disappointing to see such poor customer service overshadow the quality of care from the orthodontist. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this office.

They are nice, i guess. I was a patient there for over two years and switched to a different dentist due to prices and was told that my fillings were all kinds of messed up. I have TMJ disorder now because one of the fillings was too high and caused my jaw to move to the side because they didnt shave it down at all. I trusted them, they did my wisdom teeth surgery (which i got in 2024 and im still having issues with because the ortho was SO rough during the surgery.) Would not recommend this place in a million years. I am still getting everything they messed up fixed as well as seeing a TMJ specialist, thank you monarch for ruining my jaw alignment because I had a perfect bite before. Stop asking me if i was a free cleaning it will not make up for everything yall messed up on me!!! Plus yall never even cleaned my teeth the entire 2 years i went there. Plus youll still end up charging me for SOMETHING. Big and greedy company.
