I was greeted with a smile by the hygienist, and she made sure I was comfortable in the chair. As she cleaned my teeth she explained what she was doing. Dr. Medrano was very friendly and happy to see me. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this Dental office.

The appointment started close to the scheduled time. My hygienist was thorough, and he explained what he was doing as he worked. Dr. Yopp has always been helpful and thorough herself. I am not a fan of having my teeth cleaned, but it was all handled well.

Had to have a filling today two actually! My dentist did an amazing job! Professional, quick and thorough! Her assistant was so patient with my concerns and extremely helpful! I have been going to Lakeland Dental professionals 5 1/2 years! They are great!! KCole

I have been a patient for over 13 years! I was a patient when Dr. Yopp first came to the practice! I've watched her grow and thrive! She's been my dentist from day one and I would have no other dentist. She is extremely kind, patient, and very understanding with all of her patients! I just referred a friend who is terrified of the dentist...she said "Wow! I won't be afraid anymore. Dr. Yopp was amazing!" If you need a dentist..call them! You won't be disappointed.

Such a welcoming office and staff. Dr. Yopp and staff including the hygienist were so awesome! All the bedside manner was pleasant and not awkward or judgmental. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been coming here since it was DR Valentines office over 15 years now who retired and this place is amazing such great care, clean and friendly place love them thank you for so many years and will continue to come here.

I have been coming here for as long as I can remember, and the service here does not compare to anywhere else. the front desk staff are kind and professional. i’ve been seeing the same hygienist, Jasmine, for the longest time now and she is always so gentle and thorough with my cleanings. Dr. Yopp is amazing as well, incredibly knowledgeable and kind as well it shows this place has their patients best interest in mind. they are the sole reason i don’t fear or dread going to the dentist anymore :)

Dr. Medrano and her team are absolutely incredible. I had to have 2 molars pulled and have pretty bad dental anxiety. They made me feel at ease, comfortable and very well taken care of. I also had a few fillings done as well and they are so quick and efficient. My 3 daughters also come here and see both Dr.s and they are so good with my girls and really make sure they are comfortable! I highly recommend Lakeland Dental professionals for the whole family! They're just chasing dollars and don't really care about you. Awful. I went in with a concern of pain from a wisdom tooth that was coming in, and had requested it to be pulled. They informed me they couldn't remove that wisdom tooth, but that I should have the other side removed (it had been partially removed before, so was literally a 3 second procedure to pop it out but still I had to pay the whole extraction amount) and then told me I needed to have a cap done to another tooth. I requested they pull the tooth but they insisted that it was not in my best interest to have it pulled, I still requested it to be pulled and they doubled down on doing a cap, and even had the dental assistant come in to back up what she was saying. I listened to their advice and opted to have the cap done. Within a week of having the cap installed (which looks like an absolute blob of a tooth) my root broke while chewing a bagel. I went back in only for them to tell me I could then pay for a root canal. They offered no assistance, despite the fact that I had requested initially to have the tooth pulled and doubled down that it would be at my expense. They're just chasing dollars and don't really care about you.
