Adventure Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

I want to take a moment to write this review for Dr. Noura Rezapour. I know change can be difficult, especially after our previous doctor retired, and we truly miss him, But after what our family experienced recently, I feel so grateful that Dr.Noura is now part of our lives. My son Nikolai experienced a traumatic accident while playing with his cousins, and as a mother, I felt completely paralyzed. There was so much blood. We went from a general hospital to a private hospital, and eventually drove four hours from California back to Nevada, trying to find the right care for him. After nearly 26 hours awake, scared, and running on adrenaline, stocking Dr in the parking lot desperately waiting for her Office to open, we were blessed that Dr. Noura took Niko in without an appointment, @7am, she placed his splint, and I finally felt like we had done everything we could to help save his permanent front teeth. He is still recovering, but we are hopeful. Her compassion and the genuine empathy of her entire staff meant so much to us. When you are a parent in that kind of situation, you are terrified. You are exhausted, emotional, and willing to do anything to help your child. When someone finally takes your child into their care and you realize they are in good hands, the relief is overwhelming. I couldn’t stop crying after Dr. Noura cared for Niko. I will never forget her looking at us and saying, “You guys are going to be OK” In that moment, those words felt like an answer to a prayer. Thank you, Dr. Noura, for opening your doors to us when we needed you most, for caring for my son, and for showing us such compassion during one of the scariest moments I have experienced as a parent. I hope this review helps another parent who may someday find themselves scared and searching for someone they can trust with their child. I would absolutely recommend Dr.Noura and her wonderful staff. ❤️

This is a great place to bring your kiddos. The staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and my daughters really enjoyed the shows they put on for the kids. Wait times have also been very reasonable—usually only about 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, as a cash-paying patient, I found their pricing significantly higher than other Las Vegas pediatric dental offices I researched. For example, I was quoted $83 per tooth for sealants, or $249 for three teeth. I also paid approximately $250 for an exam, X-rays, and cleaning, which was considerably more than comparable cash-pay pricing I found locally. I asked whether they could work with me on the pricing, but unfortunately they weren’t able to offer any adjustment. I really like the office and the staff, but because I’m paying out of pocket, the cost ultimately makes it difficult for me to justify continuing there. All Star Kids Dental has much more reasonable cash-pay pricing, so I’ll likely be taking my daughters there instead. Overall, I think this is a great pediatric dental office if you have dental insurance, but if you’re paying cash, I would definitely compare prices before committing to treatment.

Getting both of my sons scheduled was super quick and easy. The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The waiting room was very clean the bathrooms looked amazing. The doctor and all staff were truly awesome. They did GREAT with my boys. Very impressed.

This was the first dental visit for both of my daughters (7 & 2). The entire staff was so kind and patient with my girls and made them feel so comfortable. They didn’t mind answering our questions (including the girls’) and we did not feel rushed. Both the tech and the dentist were gentle with them and listened to their needs. I would 100% recommend!

I’ve been bringing my children here for the past 20 yrs although this is my last time because my last child is turning 18. We will miss all the smiling faces and quality care! They always made them feel comfortable and special and they loved the safari theme. Thank you so much for the excellent care . I highly recommend

We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Rezapour! She takes care of all my kids and is always so patient, gentle, and attentive with them. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the level of care they provide—not just during appointments, but also with their follow-ups to make sure everything is going well. It truly feels like they care about their patients. Highly recommend to any family looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist!

We had such a wonderful experience here! So many dental (and medical) offices these days feel sterile, rushed, and corporate—with little attention to customer service. This office is the complete opposite. It feels like a small business that truly cares about its patients. From the receptionist and office manager who helped us navigate our new insurance, to the hygienist and dentist who handled the cleaning and exam—everything was seamless. The office is highly organized, efficient, and incredibly warm. They worked around our schedule and took the time to answer all of our questions. The space itself is clean and modern, with a great play area full of toys for kids and spacious, comfortable exam rooms. Both the hygienist and dentist were so friendly and patient, answering all of my boys’ (ages 5 and 7) endless questions with a smile. My kids actually enjoyed the process—which says a lot! Highly recommended Dr Nora and her team!
