Dr. Cook and his staff are fantastic. I have had nothing but great experiences there. I recommended him to my family and my grandparents love him. I will recommend him to others and continue to go there.

These folks are so kind and friendly. Very professional. Adam Cox knows what he is doing. He is a total pro. His office staff are amazing. His hygienist and other chair side folks are right on target and so gentle for those of us who are chickens…. We are so grateful that we fond them. We will be staying with them as long as they will have us. Completely worth it! Cheers folks!!!

My first experience at Lewisburg Family Dentistry was great. The staff was kind, and Dr. Adam Cook was very pleasant. I even paid $100 for an Invisalign consultation and was seriously considering moving forward. Unfortunately, my follow-up appointment completely changed my opinion. I was told this visit would be quick — just reviewing a video and signing paperwork. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and I arrived early at 9:45. By 10:20, I still had not been seen. I politely approached the front desk to ask how much longer it might be, as I needed to get to work. The receptionist responded with, “What do you want?” and later said, “Is there somewhere you need to go? We are busy today.” The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I was simply asking about the delay — I had not even been brought back yet. I chose to leave and planned to reschedule when I had more flexibility. Instead, I later received a letter from Dr. Adam Cook stating that I was being dismissed as a patient for being “rude” when I asked how long it would take to be seen. The letter did include a refund check for the $100 consultation fee. I was never seen that day. I never raised my voice or acted disrespectfully. I simply asked about my scheduled appointment time after waiting 20 minutes past it. Very disappointing, especially after such a positive first impression.

Staff is so friendly and down to earth. Absolutely love them all there. And dr cook is a boss! I was scared to death getting my first crown done. And BTW he saved me big time, other dentist said I needed a root canal done! So awesome! But hes a really honest nice funny cool man. But boss when he comes in and does the dang thing on them teeth! Overall environment is very family like and his confidence is reassuring!

The name Lewisburg Family Dentistry is perfect for this dental office. I always feel like family when I’m there. You are welcome with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Unlike other dentist offices that I’ve been to, I don’t even have to wait a long time in the lobby to be seen. This office has the latest and greatest machines and screens to where you don’t even have to leave your chair to get an X-ray. I really can’t say enough good things about this office. I love Dr. Cook and the entire staff. Dr. Cook is so down to earth. He explains everything in detail where you can understand it. He is an excellent dentist with the best knowledge and bedside manner. If you are looking for a dentist please visit this location. You will be glad you did.
