The people we're very nice. I was very pleased with the polite and courtesy of the business. Definitely would recommend this dentist to everyone I know.

My experience this morning was wonderful. I have very sensitive teeth. The hygienist that I saw was very understanding took her time and explained . My appointment ran a little over into lunch and no one was Unprofessional about it. very pleasant people. The Dentist popped in, took a look at a couple of different areas and explained options for me as well. Thank you!

The dentist and the staff helping with procedures are wonderful. The issue is the receptionist staff in lewiston and farmington. They just switched things on me including dates and whether or not I was sedated for a procedure and didnt tell me until I walked in. That was after my spouse took a day out of work at 35 bucks an hour. A little annoyed to say the least.

Don’t come here unless you have have to. The one lady (short black hair) who claims to be a dentist needs to turn in her license. Couldn’t even do a filling correctly, I ended up having to get a root canal done, because she failed to do her job correctly. Also so was BEYOND rude. I intend to get her licenses taken. Go to the college if you’re on state care and need work done.

Absolutely incredible providers. This place basically healed my dental anxiety. I’ve been going here for years and every visit is quick and everyone is friendly and gentle with you.

Can't be bothered to put on their website not taking emergency walk ins. Posted on their door in small font 2 days in March only. More than 1 month out. Their phone systems even say they're taking emergency. Had to seek care elsewhere and pay out of pocket. Will not return.

I am not a new patient to this clinic. I am an established patient whose dentist left the practice, and I was told I would be placed on a waiting list and asked to wait for a new dentist. I waited nearly a year, as instructed, and was eventually scheduled for a very important treatment. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a call canceling it and was told that the new dentist was not accepting “new patients.” This classification is incorrect. I am a well-established patient at this practice, and the disruption in my care was caused by staff turnover, not by anything on my part. Canceling an essential appointment at the last minute after asking me to wait for a year reflects a serious failure in communication and continuity of care. As an elderly Black Muslim woman, experiences like this raise real concerns for me about whether patients like me are being treated equitably and with respect. Regardless of intent, the impact was dismissive and deeply frustrating. Established patients deserve clarity, consistency, and consideration, especially when care interruptions are caused by the clinic itself.

All the employees that I have ever encountered in my time of being a patient here have been so nice and they've done a fabulous job for me. Shelly & Emma are great hygienists. Dr. Gold was the last dentist there that did work for me, he has since left but he was wonderful. My only complaint is they are short staffed often and sometimes appts get canceled and rescheduled without proper contact to the patient. I know they are working on this and i still would recommend them.
