Always a pleasant experience here! I was referred here by a co worker and I’m so thankful for the referral. Dr. Travis is always very nice and helpful! The ladies at the front are always nice and pleasant! Love it here!!

An exceptional experience from beginning to end. The care was extraordinarily attentive, and the warmth and hospitality of the entire team were truly remarkable. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were exemplary—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Before coming to this dentist office, I had massive dental anxiety. This dentist was phenomenal at easing my anxiety and making me feel as comfortable as possible leading up to my dental care. Despite that, my bite has never felt the same since my visits there. My mouth feels off. I came to this office sometime in 2021 or 2022 and find myself struggling to trust dentists again. There was a moment when I was under laughing gas that the techs and dentist surrounded me looking concerned/shocked very briefly while someone was working in my mouth - I was too out of it from the gas to inquire whenever they finished, and they never brought it up. That moment makes me feel unsafe with Park Hills and any dentist. I tried going back to fix my bite but Im worried about them chipping my tooth away and felt there was a lack of transparency with what exactly they were doing while I was there (for example they said they would work on my bite but i didn’t know what they were doing to fix it - shaving some tooth off? adding more resin? both? it wasn’t expressed and I didn’t know how to ask those questions at the time). I’m really disappointed that my experience went this way, because outside of that, I really LOVED this dentist office - the staff were so friendly and empathetic. I lost my health insurance at some point and they were even willing to accommodate me with pricing.

My first visit at Park Hills was very calming relax feeling. Something I usually don't experience when going to the dentist. I owe my thanks to my hygienist she was patient, friendly and most of all professional and thorough. I was a little impatient with the x-rays they were more than what I was use to receiving, but over all my visit was superb. Thank you for allowing me to become apart of the Park Hills family.

I’m bad about going to the dentist and always have some anxiety behind it. After not having been in several years, I decided I needed to take better care of my teeth and health and scheduled a visit. Park Hills Dentist was highly rated, near me, and accepting new patients, so in the beginning that was my focus. Upon arriving, I learned why they were so highly rated. I was able to complete pre check in prior to my appointment and was received in the lobby extremely quickly with just my ID and a very friendly welcome by the staff. Within minutes of checking in, I was taken back by Jazmine who was wonderful throughout the whole experience and did an amazing job with my X-rays, cleaning, recommendations, and putting up with me. While I don’t think I can ever shake the anxiety I get from going to the dentist, I can confidently say that Jazmine and the team at Park Hills Dentistry made it as pleasant as possible and were an example of excellence that other Dentists should seek to achieve.

I've been going to this location since it was called A+ Family Dentistry. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kim - she made sure my aligner treatment stayed on track (after a previously failed attempt using SmileDirectClub), and years later I'm happy to say my smile looks great. I follow all of their recommendations here and my dental hygiene is the best it's ever been.

The staff was very nice and the facility is clean but I had an issue with a filling they did, then I went back to have them fix it and then had another issue with the repair they had to do on their own work. I opted to go to a different dentist for the second repair from the filling mishap. They also did not have fluoride free polish for the cleaning I had.

Great experience! The staff was kind and professional, and the procedure went smoothly. They even gave a tooth fairy certificate and a tooth saver, which made it really special for my child. I also appreciated that they offer services in multiple languages. Thank you!

Staff is so very kind and professional. They put my mind at ease. My hygienist was the best! Gentle and informative. The dentist kind and friendly. I will be returning and making an appointment for my daughter. Highly! Highly! Recommend from someone who is anxious about the dentist.

Dr Patel was great. He was kind and explained everything to me. Jamie was the sweetest and very attentive. The whole crew is amazing, one of the friendliest dental offices I have ever been to! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and at ease.

The visit was warm and welcoming. The staff were professional, very polite and pleasant. The office manager was amazing, she sat down with me and explained the treatment and insurance plan to me which was awesome.
