Dental Solutions of Little Rock

Has to rip people off on xrays to make money because she doesn't seem to have any genuine knowledge or skill. When I first called, I informed them that I had xrays to send over and didn't need more. Doesn't seem to have any actual knowledge, advice, or compassion on how to actually SAVE my tooth. The front desk girls HUNG UP ON ME TWICE when I called back for information, then sent me a text message of "we'll see you tomorrow" as a response when I needed information or to speak with the doctor before my appointment. Susy kept dodging my questions and wasn't sure if the doctor would "want to" call me back to answer my questions directly... Just playing games!! They WASTED my time and the doctor NEVER EVEN EXAMINED MY MOUTH. ONLY HAD HER ASSISTANT TAKE XRAYS AND CHARGED NEARLY $300. The hygienist/assistant was new or poorly trained and had to ask for knowledge on how to perform taking the xrays correctly. Later when I complained that Dr. MONROE never even examined my mouth she said she didn't finish the consultation and wanted me to come back for a 30 minute appointment to do the oral examination! Then when I asked for a refund because they admitted themselves they hadn't adequately completed the examination/consultation and they didn't want to or couldn't work with me, they continued to play more phone hanging up games, putting me on hold for a non-existent phone manager... etc... while they tried to come up with a good enough excuse for why they couldn't refund my money. Oh BTW, DOCTOR, How do you know I'm going to for sure lose the tooth if it's not even loose and you have never even looked at or palpatated it? Only looked at xrays?

I love my dentist and her assistant. Dr. Monroe is gentle, thorough, and really smart. She has a lot of experience and also a calming presence. I also like her assistant. She also is gentle, quite thorough, lets you know what’s happening as she works, I’ve been a patient here for a few years, since my former dentist retired. Five stars.

Always the best experience. The staff is wonderful in the office. Julie has cleaned my teeth for over 35 years and is great. Dr. Monroe is one of the best dentist i have ever used.

I cannot recommend Dr. Leslie Monroe and the team at Dental Solutions of Little Rock enough. I came in with a cracked tooth (not a fun situation), and they handled everything from start to finish with total professionalism. Why they stand out: Technical Excellence: Dr. Monroe is incredible. She made a cap for my cracked tooth that fits like a glove. It feels completely natural and got me back to 100%. The Best Rapport: I’ve been to many dentists, but Dr. Monroe has the best chairside manner of any of them. She’s easy to talk to and makes the whole process stress-free. Fantastic Front Desk: My work schedule is absolute chaos, but they were so patient with scheduling me. They also handled all the insurance headaches behind the scenes, which I appreciated so much. If you are looking for a dentist in West Little Rock (they're right on Chenal Parkway), look no further. Dr. Monroe and her staff are simply the best.

My experience at this dental office has been incredible for 10 years! Dr Monroe and her hygienist are professional, knowledgeable, and both genuinely care about their patients and overall dental health. Everyone at the front desk is welcoming and organized. It’s clear this office takes pride in providing excellent care and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts their patients first!
