Gary Hanson here, yesterday i had an appointment at South S in Livermore. They did a cleaning and then the dentist came into the room and told me that I had problems with my bottom left teeth. The cleaning went well and as always was done in a very professional way. The visit with the dentist was very bad. This was my first visit with this dentist and right now I have a very low level of confidence in him. He seemed more interested in talking about my upcoming trip to France than about my teeth. I have a dental implant of titanium that Dr Beckley placed in 2021. It has fallen out twice in the last five months. My dentist took x-rays last week and clearly sees that a third of the titanium plate in my gum is missing. The implant can no longer be placed into my gum. When trying to get this resolved with Olivia at Pacific Dental office in Livermore, I was hung up on and treated horribly. I live over two hours from the office and asked for a call with Dr Beckley. She refused to connect me with him or acknowledge receipt of the X-ray sent by email. According to the agreement I have a right to 60% replacement warranty at four years post surgery. Olivia is trying to ignore the urgent matter. Be aware. Not good business practices. I will contact the Dental Board of California if needed.

I'm not a good dental patient. I went to South S Family dental for the first time yesterday. I was nervous because I have sensitive teeth, and even a cleaning is hard to take. This was the easiest dental experience I've had in years. Great people! Thank you Mandy and Sean

I am not the biggest fan of the dentist due to past experiences as a child, but this office is so friendly and gentle. They are a lively bunch, very welcoming and engaging. They get to know you as a patient. I have been back multiple times and will continue returning to keep my teeth clean and healthy! :)

Dr. Sean Sahota took excellent care of me during a difficult tooth ordeal. Could not have been more pleased with his and his staff’s care and treatment. Always have been. Amber is a great office manager, Joann a highly skilled dental assistant and Mandy is a super hygienist. The whole office is wonderful. Happy to say, that’s my dentist office!
