Grand Dental - Lockport

I was having some wisdom tooth pain this past week and decided it was time to get it checked out. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Grand offered Saturday appointments, so I scheduled one with Dr. Dave yesterday. From the moment I walked into the building until I left, literally everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt at ease the entire time. Both the hygienist and Dr. Dave were thorough, gentle and super nice. Though I didn't have any actual work done (I was referred to an oral surgeon) I was very happy with the way I was treated by everyone in the office and will 100% return in the future.

My first time at Grand Dental was amazing and I will continue to come back! I’m normally not fond of going to the dentist, but I came in and saw Erin. She is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever seen, I was very anxious going in and she made me feel very calm, relaxed and made the visit 10 times better. I will always come back and see Erin and the entire grand dental crew!

Great experience as always! Nicole is the best hygienist—professional, thorough, and always makes me feel comfortable. She does an outstanding job every visit. Highly recommend this office and Nicole to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I must say I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist but my visit today seeing Dr Brandon Bice and his assistant Stephanie was absolutely Pleasant and comical very comfortable atmosphere very knowledgeable input from not only Dr Brandon and Stephanie with the entire staff. Everyone is very warm and welcoming they made sure everything was 100% pain-free and relaxing. I would not recommend you going anywhere else other than Grand Dental no matter if you need a checkup or major work done . they have so many locations for your convenience and in my case was able to change my location with just a phone call to move my appointment up from a week later to the very next day. I can't say enough about the team and business they have built and provide. Thank you guys for doing what you do and how you do it.

After a recent move to Lockport, I came across Grand Dental and I couldn’t be happier I did. Kevin helped me with my cleaning and was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, informative, calming, and just an overall genuine person. Dr. Bice was also down to earth and very informative. Couldn’t ask for more from my dental team. If you’re looking for a new dental practice, look no further.

This was my first time at Grand Dental and I am afraid of dentists still at my old age lol But Cathy was amazing at getting me a next day appointment! And Bailey was such a great assistant, she helped me feel comfortable and safe. Such a great personality! When Dr Dave Ingalinera came in to see me, he had such a great personality as well. I was not scared at all to be there. The place even makes you feel comfortable! When leaving Ashley explained everything for me and my payment and scheduled my next appointment!! Such a great place and highly recommend!!
