My old dentist closed the doors and recommended Porter dental and I’m glad they did! From the time I walked in and talked to the very nice people behind the desk to the guy taking my X-ray to the dentist I had a great first impression! Everyone there was so friendly! Porter dental of Lockport took me in as a first time patient just a few hours after I called! Thank you to Dr. Lee and staff, I look forward to seeing everyone again!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! They were professional, thorough, and forward-thinking when discussing my future dental needs. Kristen was especially sweet and took the time to explain some new treatment options for me to consider before my next visit. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained and never felt pressured.

Like many individuals, I find dental visits to be unpleasant. However, my hygienist, Kristin, ensures that the process is as comfortable as possible. She is exceptionally gentle, compassionate, and thorough in her work. Dr. Li is also an excellent dentist. I highly recommend Porter Dental.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a LONG time but had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the ladies up front were super-friendly and even more helpful. When I made my way into the back, Kellie did an amazing job of addressing the issues I was having and taking the time to explain everything to me. Dr. Li also did an excellent job of explaining things and giving her recommendations to me. The place itself, was very clean too. I definitely felt pretty comfortable the whole time and will be going back in the future. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you again Porter Dental Center!!!
