I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office is clean, welcoming, and everyone was genuinely kind and professional. Jennifer was especially wonderful. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. The entire team was efficient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such great care with such a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend! 🦷✨

Let’s be honest, who likes going to the dentist? Not many of us right? It can scary and intimidating. However, my experience at this dental office was unlike any other. As soon I got there they made me feel comfortable right away. The staff was super welcoming and specifically Jennifer. She just made me feel at home and and made me feel like I was in good hands. I came to Downtown Dental for my dental health, and my experience was awesome. The facility was clean and professional, I got my scans, X-rays and cleaning done. Overall I greatly enjoyed my visit. I will say I was very nervous to get seen after years of not getting checked, but the staff was so welcoming and professional and made me feel at ease. One of the top 3 things I look for when visiting a new place for any kind of service is the welcoming environment, the cleanliness and the expertise of who is doing the care. Downtown Dental delivered, they answered all my questions and I feel a lot better going forward with my care. Definitely recommend this office!

Love this office and its staff. I am welcomed from the moment I come in the office by Melina and Kriselle. Jen the office manager is very thorough and takes time to walk me through my treatment. Senia, Susie, Karla, and Jazmin are the best assistants and are so gentle and kind. I’ve had cleanings from both Jorge and Allison and leave feeling fresh and clean after every visit. Dr Hanel and Dr. Mungcal are amazing , reliable and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a clean, technologically advanced, and efficient office you have found it here at Downtown Dental!!🦷

I got a consultation with downtown dental recently and ended up having to do a massive deep clean. They did a fantastic job and I barely felt a thing. My teeth look better than they have in years. The office seems to use very modern technology. Gone are the days where you're spitting out plaster of Paris for two days after the appointment. They can 3D image your mouth instead! I was also expecting to be sent home with a mouthful of gauze, but nope, they were able to treat my mouth so that it wouldn't bleed from the gum sensitivity! Dental care seems to have come a long way since I was last in a dental office, and I'm really happy this particular office has kept up with the trend. The staff were all friendly and professional. They are inspiring me to take better care of my teeth, and I will be proud to make them my go-to dentist from now on.
