Dr. McArtor and his team are simply the best. I needed some work done and they did a great job. From the time I arrived, until the work was completed, the service was A+ throughout the whole process. My family and I have been patients of Dr. McArtor’s since he started his practice in Loveland and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I don't even know where to start. Before scheduling appointments for my family, I specifically asked whether this office accepted our MetLife insurance. I was told they did, which reasonably led me to believe they were an in-network provider. After my son's appointment, I paid $112 with the understanding that the insurance claim had not yet been fully processed and that any necessary adjustments would be made afterward. The very next day, I had my routine preventive cleaning, which I expected to be covered at 100% under my plan. Instead, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $168. Throughout my appointment, I questioned the charges and explained that preventive services should be fully covered by my insurance. At no point before or during treatment did anyone disclose that the office was actually **out-of-network**. It wasn't until after my treatment was completed and payment was requested that I was informed of their network status. Saying you "accept" an insurance plan is very different from clearly disclosing that you are an out-of-network provider. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would have chosen a different dental office. I submitted a formal written billing dispute requesting a review, and a refund because I believe I was misled about my insurance coverage. The most disappointing part is that I never received any response—not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. Also, today we sought a second opinion from a dental office that is fully in-network with our insurance after informing them that McKee Dental had told us our son's treatment was urgent and needed to be completed immediately due to a cavity. After a thorough examination, the new dentist gave us a very different assessment. They explained that our son has only a small cavity that simply needs to be monitored, not treated immediately. They also advised that several fillings McKee Dental had recommended for his baby teeth were unnecessary because those teeth did not require restorative treatment. This was incredibly disappointing and concerning. It appears that McKee Dental recommended services that were not medically necessary, creating unnecessary urgency and potentially subjecting our son to treatment he did not need. Combined with the misleading information we received regarding insurance coverage and billing, this has significantly eroded our trust in the practice and raises serious concerns about the recommendations that were made. Overall, poor communication, lack of transparency regarding insurance, and complete disregard for a patient's attempt to resolve a billing issue have left me with a very negative impression, and suggesting unnecessary procedures. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience.

McKee is great 😃🦷 My DH is AMAzing!!! I would give you her name but I don’t want the rest of you monopolizing her schedule 👀 lol. She’s gentle, thorough, fun to talk to and is always making sure I know my options instead of forcing anything on me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and enjoys her job. My dentist is also pretty amazing. I don’t get to see much of her bc my DH is so good at *her* job but when I do see her, she is always very attentive to my needs and receptive to any concerns I have. She has never once been dismissive or pushy or made me feel like she was in a hurry. Also, her resume is a freaking laundry list of bad-assery 🇺🇲🗺️ which makes me feel like I am in the best hands possible! As for the rest of the staff…the front office crew is super kind and welcoming and it really seems like they enjoy working together which is nice to see. So, yeah, long story short, this is a very capable dental office. The aesthetics might not be the best but they’re currently working on that and I have high hopes the remodel will turn out great ☺️

I have been coming here for more than 5 years. I trust them. They care about my teeth. They made sure that I'm comfortable. And I live in fort Collins, I don't mind driving 10 extra miles. They're good!

Today I went to see Dr. Warns and she was so helpful! She listened to me and helped eased my dental anxiety. She was truly such a joy to work with and I look forward to seeing her again! She made going to the dentist less scary and I’m so very grateful for her and her assistants help :)
