I had a very disturbing and painful experience at this dental practice and would strongly caution others before going here. I came in after being referred by a former patient (who has since told me she will not be returning after what I experienced). I had X-rays done, and Dr. Inna Silman assured me she could handle my wisdom tooth extraction in-house. However, the procedure was handled in a very concerning way. I was asked to sign consent forms after they had already started numbing me, which is completely inappropriate. After multiple injections of local anesthesia (2–3 syringes), she began working on my tooth. The pain was unbearable—far beyond anything expected—and instead of stopping appropriately, more anesthetic was given after I was already in extreme distress. She then partially removed (chipped off the top of) my tooth and abruptly stopped, stating she could not complete the procedure and that I needed to go to an oral surgeon. At that point, I was left in severe pain, bleeding, and visibly shaken. What was most alarming: • I was rushed out of the office while still bleeding • I was told to drive myself to an emergency oral surgery appointment despite my condition • My request for a clinical summary of the visit was initially denied • There was no follow-up call at all to check on my condition I ultimately had to be rushed by my family to an oral surgeon, where I required sedation due to the level of pain and trauma. The next day, when the person who referred me called the office to express concern, she was told that not calling me was simply an “oversight.” Failing to follow up with a patient after an incomplete and traumatic procedure is not an oversight—it is a serious lapse in patient care and responsibility. This experience was not only physically painful but emotionally distressing. Patients deserve proper consent, competent care, and basic post-procedure follow-up—none of which I received here. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone They will also be hearing from my lawyer I am forever traumatized!!!!!

I have been going to this dental office for few years for my kids and then I switched over from my old dentist to this practice! Dr Jessica is amazing, she always takes her time explaining everything, I never feel rushed! My son had two extractions and she called to make sure he was doing well! All the hygienist are great as well! Office staff is very friendly, they try their best to accommodate my request! After a long time I am happy with a dental practice!

The very best dentist, office, service. Reluctantly came for the first time - was blown away by their professionalism, competency, genuine care!! Ended up, switching my whole family, my children, my parents, and Dr. Inna, Dr. Alex I truly the best Dentist I’ve ever met, the only ones I trust! And I particularly love how efficient their office runs appointments, ensuring everyone gets proper reminders, gets offered earlier and more convenient timeslots as they open up on their schedule and being understanding and attentive throughout the process!
