Been going here a year now and have always had a great experience. Thorough cleanings and the dr takes her time and does not try to rush you out. She’s very honest. They do a great job!

I did not want to leave this review, but after recent events, I feel it is important to share my experience. I was a patient of this practice for approximately 5–6 years. During that time, I consistently attended my six-month appointments and followed through with recommended treatment. Recently, I experienced a serious issue related to dental treatment I received. I raised my concerns with the practice and was disappointed with how those concerns were addressed and resolved. I also learned that pre-authorization had not been obtained from my insurance carrier for certain treatment. Had I been aware of this beforehand, it would have impacted my decision-making process. Additionally, after multiple conversations, I was surprised to learn that an account was sent to collections despite my understanding that the balance had been satisfied. Based on the records available to me, I believe this matter warranted further review before being escalated. What has been most disappointing is not any single event, but the overall handling of these concerns after years of being a loyal patient. I encourage prospective patients to carefully review treatment plans, insurance approvals, billing statements, and payment records, and to keep detailed documentation of all communications.

I've always had some dental anxiety and they've done a great job here of explaining what they're doing and creating a comfortable environment. Zee and Dr. Babu make a great team, and I've been really happy with the care I've received!

Going to the dentist has always been hard for me due to extreme anxiety so it had been a few years since I had gone to one even though my teeth were in such bad shape after pregnancies and ppd took a toll. The receptionists are so kind and go over treatment plans and costs with you to make sure you understand before they end up doing any work. After my first appointment anytime I walk in they remember me and automatically check me in! The dental hygienists are wonderful! They are kind and make sure youre as comfortable as possible during the appointment and even when helping the dentists while cleaning or doing root canals. I see Dr. Hasnain and my goodness I cannot sing her praises enough! She is extremely kind, gentle, understanding, and never judged me about the state my teeth have been in. She always checks in while doing cleaning, root canals, or even fillings to make sure youre not in pain and to make sure you dont want to opt for nitrous gas to help if youre too anxious or anything. She has done so well and explained everything step by step to the point that im not even anxious to go in for all of my appointments now! Her excitement for seeing how far someone's teeth and gums have come is absolutely infectious! If you have dental anxiety I highly highly recommend Liberia Dental.
