The instructions upon receiving this email to leave the review stated if I enjoyed my experience "please leave a review". It has been a few days and I wasn't going to leave a review because I DID NOT enjoy my experience. For the last couple of days my mind has been boggled and Mansfield Dental Center needs to do better!!!!. First off, I was instructed to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. After arriving early, no one was at the desk to greet me, not an employee in sight. After waiting 12 minutes a young lady runs through the front door briskly walking past me and says "we're in a meeting someone will call you up at 9:00" This was not a good sign!! I started to feel annoyed already. Upon scheduling this appointment I was very specific and strategic as I explained my situation. I specifically requested the FIRST APPOINTMENT of the day. I am a caretaker for my grandmother and I rely on other people to care for her in my absence. I'm very strategic with my time because of this, I specifically stated I needed to get IN and OUT. I could not understand why would I be scheduled for an appointment at 9:00 and told to arrive early to fill out paperwork for that appointment and the office had a staff meeting. Secondly, after filling the paperwork and waiting in the lobby, I literally had to go up to the front desk to see what was taking so long, at this point I had already waited 20 minutes after my paperwork was complete. Immediately, one of the female techs took me around the back to start. As we're walking I'm noticing that patients are already in the rooms. Of course I was silently furious!!!! The tech attempted to do my X-rays, unfortunately the machine was not working properly and malfunctioned three times. On the second and third time the machine squeezed my head and I literally had to pull my HEAD out from the clamps. On the third try she needed assistance from another tech- Ralph. UNFORTUNATELY the machine still was malfunctioning. (Not one time did I received an apology from the female tech for my head getting stuck and the machine squeezing my head). Nonetheless, I did rate 2 Stars because Ralph led me to the dental chair, apologize for the malfunctioning machine. He explained the possible dental implant quote and implant options thoroughly. He said he would send that quote via email. (Yet to receive). He offered to check to see if the machine was properly working and/or see if the other X-ray devices were ready. Because so much (wasted) time had past and hadn't seen the doctor, my anxiety had kicked in and I needed to leave. This was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!! This has bothered me for 2 days however, THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!

I was a patient here years ago and had such a great experience that I decided to come back after having some dental work done outside the country. My husband also comes here and recommended Linda, the dental hygienist. She is kind, knowledgeable, and very gentle, even during deep cleanings. She takes her time, listens to your concerns, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. I'm also scheduled for crowns and additional dental work, and I feel confident I'm in great hands. Highly recommend this office!

Amazing staff felt very comfortable talking and being examined. I hate the Xrays, but they were extremely gentle in doing the bite wings. Talking payments was the best I've ever experienced didnt feel any pressure and they worked with me to make it more affordable. Definitely love this office

The people of the Mansfield Dental Center are some of the most friendly and cordial people I have met in a long while. I was impressed beginning with the warm reception from the front desk clerk to the meticulous examination and teeth cleaning by the Dentist and his assistant. They laid out the very best plan for my future dental work and I am eagerly anticipating having a functional, admirable smile once again.

This has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to dentists in different countries since I was a child, and now in my 30s, I can confidently say this was exceptional. First, the level of care from every employee is outstanding. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients. Dr. Adil Khan is incredibly kind, professional, and highly skilled. He clearly knows what he is doing and shows it in such a humble and reassuring way. He and his team handled my implant procedure very smoothly, which made the whole experience much easier for me. I had been putting off getting implants because of the cost, but when I spoke with Alicia, everything changed. She made me feel safe and comfortable, and she genuinely worked with me based on what I could afford. I never felt pressured or like money was the main focus. Her kindness, knowledge, and warm smile made my decision so much easier. I am truly grateful to Alicia, Dr. Khan, and the entire Nuteeth team. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

I had a dental emergency, and chose this location based on how soon they could see me (which was immediately!) And I am so grateful I did! The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and competent. It was obvious they care about their patients, and care about doing an amazing job. This was probably the least stressful and least painful dental visit I have ever had, despite it being a literal emergency. Y'all better be nice to the staff here or I will whack you with my cane 🤣
