Teal Ridge Dental Care

Wish I knew all the names of the staff that took care of me yesterday, but from the folks at the front desk, to the various assistants, to the dentist and hygienist,..... They were all so kind and sincere and professional. I accidentally ended up at this dental office, but I now think it was fate smiling on me. What a well run place with wonderful caretaker culture. This old man is grateful to have stumbled upon them.

The hygienist is very friendly, personable, and professional. She takes the time to explain everything and provides helpful tips for improving oral hygiene and brushing techniques. I really enjoy my visits with her and appreciate the care she provides. That said, I’m not completely comfortable with some of the business practices. I’m always skeptical when a dental office makes services that aren’t covered by insurance, such as an oral cancer screening, feel like required services. While I understand the importance of preventive care, it can sometimes come across as more of a money-making opportunity than compassionate patient care.

I had a wonderful experience at Teal Ridge Dental Care with my hygienist, Sade, during my recent cleaning. She was attentive and treated me with care throughout the entire appointment. I had several questions about my oral health, and she took the time to answer every one of them clearly and thoroughly. What really stood out was how she handled my flossing habits — instead of making me feel bad about it, she was encouraging and positive, offering practical tips to help me improve without any judgment. It made the conversation feel supportive rather than like a lecture. She also made sure I was set up for continued care by scheduling my next follow-up appointment for six months out. Sade is clearly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hygienist!

I had an amazing experience with Teal Ridge yesterday. I was there for a few hours for a cleaning and a whitening. The staff was very kind, everything was exceptionally organized, and there was clear care and communication throughout every step. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my dental work.

They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for. What I appreciate most is how Dr. Sandy takes the time to explain everything before starting any treatment. She answers all of my questions thoroughly, never makes me feel rushed, and always ensures I understand what’s happening. That level of patience and transparency means so much. Beyond being an incredible dentist, she genuinely cares about her patients as people. She’ll ask how you’re doing, check in on you personally, and makes every visit feel more like catching up with someone who truly has your best interests at heart. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider who balances professionalism with such a personal touch, but Dr. Sandy does it effortlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Sandy and her team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care with a compassionate, personal experience. They truly go above and beyond!

Finding a good dentist is like finding a good mechanic… when you find one you trust, you hold onto them. I can honestly say I found mine here. Everyone is exceptional and thorough from front to back. The entire team makes you feel welcome, and you can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. Every experience has been great, and I genuinely love it here. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Teal Ridge! The staff is incredible. Warm, welcoming and always extensively knowledgeable. They not only treat you, but get to know who you really are as a person, not just a patient. I continue to have fantastic experiences and no longer begrudgingly make dentist appointments. I was able to schedule a quick emergency appointment for my son. Front desk extremely friendly and professional. Follow up with wisdom teeth extraction- they kept me informed every 30 minutes of his progress. Love the professionalism and “bedside manner”

Great service! I was in and out for my cleaning. The front desk was delightful. They gave me a rundown of the appointment and how much I would be expected to pay upon checkout. The doctor and hygienist were welcoming. The appointment was informative - state of my teeth currently; options I had going forward; how urgent the fixes were and what I could do to better or stabilize it; billing quotes.
