Teal Ridge Dental Care

I had an amazing experience with Teal Ridge yesterday. I was there for a few hours for a cleaning and a whitening. The staff was very kind, everything was exceptionally organized, and there was clear care and communication throughout every step. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my dental work.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr. Sandy and her entire staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and kind. They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for. What I appreciate most is how Dr. Sandy takes the time to explain everything before starting any treatment. She answers all of my questions thoroughly, never makes me feel rushed, and always ensures I understand what’s happening. That level of patience and transparency means so much. Beyond being an incredible dentist, she genuinely cares about her patients as people. She’ll ask how you’re doing, check in on you personally, and makes every visit feel more like catching up with someone who truly has your best interests at heart. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider who balances professionalism with such a personal touch, but Dr. Sandy does it effortlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Sandy and her team to anyone looking for exceptional dental care with a compassionate, personal experience. They truly go above and beyond!

Finding a good dentist is like finding a good mechanic… when you find one you trust, you hold onto them. I can honestly say I found mine here. Everyone is exceptional and thorough from front to back. The entire team makes you feel welcome, and you can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. Every experience has been great, and I genuinely love it here. I was able to schedule a quick emergency appointment for my son. Front desk extremely friendly and professional. Follow up with wisdom teeth extraction- they kept me informed every 30 minutes of his progress. Love the professionalism and “bedside manner”

Great service! I was in and out for my cleaning. The front desk was delightful. They gave me a rundown of the appointment and how much I would be expected to pay upon checkout. The doctor and hygienist were welcoming. The appointment was informative - state of my teeth currently; options I had going forward; how urgent the fixes were and what I could do to better or stabilize it; billing quotes.
