What a great dental office. The patient care is top tier. Dr Nguyen and his assistant Leslie are amazing. Jenny the hygienist was so gentle and kind to me, and can’t forget the young ladies that work in the front, Alejandra and Yeymi were also amazing with helping me understand my insurance benefits. Very knowledgeable team. Thank you all for your great service.

Im so very grateful I called this office yesterday. They got me in literally the next morning and the front desk girls have been so sweet and accommodating, my tech Katie was so funny, honest, so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen was extremely kind and understanding. Like I said im so grateful 🙏🏼 and I cant wait to get started on the plan he put together. I was very comfortable and not over whelmed at all like most dentist visits. Its been a pleasure, seriously 😁😊

I initially gave this dental office a five star review after my first visit because I had an excellent experience with the doctor and staff. Unfortunately, after my recent six month cleaning appointment, I am changing my review to one star. I arrived around 3:15 p.m. for my 4:00 p.m. appointment because I had been out running errands and wanted to wait inside instead of sitting in my car. I attempted to check in using the kiosk, but my appointment did not appear. About ten minutes later, the front desk confirmed that I had simply arrived too early to check in electronically and assured me that I was all set for my 4:00 p.m. appointment. I waited patiently until my appointment time. Around 4:05 p.m., another patient arrived for what she stated was also a 4:00 p.m. cleaning appointment. She was called back before me. When I politely asked about my appointment, I was told they were getting the room ready. However, the other patient was immediately taken to the cleaning area while I continued waiting with no further communication or update. By 4:15 p.m., after waiting beyond my scheduled appointment time without anyone checking on me or explaining the delay, I decided to leave. About fifteen minutes later, I received a phone call asking why I had left. When I explained that my appointment had been scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and that I had already waited, I was told that I had not informed the office that I was on a time schedule. That response was disappointing because my concern was never about having another appointment. My concern was that I arrived early, checked in, waited for my scheduled appointment time, and then watched another patient who arrived after me get taken back before I did, all without any explanation or apology. I understand that delays can happen in any medical or dental office. However, communication and respect for a patient’s time are essential. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling overlooked, disrespected, and unvalued as a patient. I genuinely appreciated my first visit, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, because of the way this situation was handled, I will not be returning to this office. I cannot recommend a practice that does not communicate with patients or respect their time, and for that reason, I am changing my original five star review to one star.

This is the best dentist office/practice since my grandfather was alive in the 70’s! Dr. Nguyen is incredible and Jennifer is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s so gentle! They are both very gentle and they are the 1st dentist to not try to rip me off in years! They are honest and I recommend them to everyone that mentions dentist! My teeth feel amazing and I don’t hurt after a cleaning!!! Yay! Thank You 🙏 to everyone in the office including the staff!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Nguyen’s office. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the entire team makes you feel genuinely cared for. I first came to Dr. Nguyen during a severe dental emergency — I needed a same‑day wisdom tooth extraction — and he and his team treated me with such compassion, urgency, and professionalism. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly informative, patient, and skilled. You can tell immediately that he knows exactly what he’s doing and that he truly cares about his patients. Leslie, one of the hygienists, is an absolute gem. She makes every visit comfortable and even fun. She always goes above and beyond — from playing music, to offering blankets, to sending you off with thoughtful goodies. Her energy is warm, calming, and so appreciated. I’ve recommended this office to my entire family, and both my mom and dad have gone in for cleanings and dental work. They each had fantastic experiences and said the same thing: the team here is unmatched. The whole office has great energy, great people, and consistently great work. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this taken care of from start to finish, but Dr. Nguyen’s office is exactly that. If I could give them TEN STARS, I absolutely would.

Literally found this place the day before I scheduled my first appointment. Had my wisdom teeth removed without ever have being to this place first (crazy right). I have zero regrets, 10/10! The staff here is amazing & everyone has been so kind and welcoming. I look forward to making this my new dentist home!

This dentist clinic has such a nice family feel to it! My clinical assistant Katie was absolute sweetheart and had excellent bedside manner and made the process feel so fun. Dr. Nguyen was so personable and really made you feel at ease. They both did a fantastic job explaining my procedure. Very happy with the care they provided :)

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars!! The moment I walked inside, I was welcomed by the absolutely lovely receptionist and taken back shortly thereafter by Leslie the tech, for X-rays. She put me at great ease and is an absolute ray of sunshine as well as Katie. Dr. Nguyen has the best bedside manner of any provider I’ve ever seen. He is honest, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough and as kind and caring as they come. Jenny, the hygienist is the best there is and also extremely thorough and left my teeth feeling amazing!! I feel at home here and very comfortable. I am beyond grateful to have found a dental practice as wonderful as this one and cannot give them enough praise! 100% recommend coming here!!!!!!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff were absolutely amazing! I came in with a complicated situation, and from the very beginning he made me feel like I was in the right hands. He took the time to walk me through a clear treatment plan and explained every step in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped ease my anxiety. His bedside manner is exceptional—he’s calm, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort. Throughout the entire process, he consistently checked in to make sure I was okay and did everything he could to keep me comfortable. Most importantly, I felt safe and confident under his care, which says a lot. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist who is not only skilled, but also compassionate.
