I had an excellent experience at First in Smiles Dentistry very professional and friendly staff. The dentist explained everything clearly and made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean and well-organized, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I just had a 3 tooth bridge replaced and wanted to compliment the team. Dr Patel is very friendly, professional, uses state of the art equipment, and explains the process he will be performing thoroughly. Just as important, he goes out of his way to check on you many times during the procedure to make sure you’re comfortable and in no pain. My new Zirconia bridge that was made right in the office, fits extremely well and I have high confidence that it will hold up a long time. Also, the dental assistants and staff are super friendly and courteous and the office environment is very clean and pleasant. My only suggestion is that anyone getting major work done should contact your insurance company first and also have the office ask your insurance company for a pre-determination of what your out-of-pocket cost would be since my initial estimate from the office was higher than my actual final amount but they explained it was only an estimate based on the information they could obtain at that time and recommended that we do the pre-determination first. For my case, my final out-of-pocket cost from the pre-determination was much less than the initial estimate which actually was a good thing, of course. In summary, I am extremely pleased with Dr Patel and all of the staff at this practice!
Despite all my nerves…l really had a Very good experience, Dr Patel and all the staff are so nice and friendly. Clear explaining everything and telling the best advice to choose for. Thank y’all
