Dr. Loiseau is truly amazing. He is professional, respectful, and has an excellent bedside manner. He took the time to explain everything I was concerned with in detail, which made me feel much more comfortable with the process. I’ve had a great experience so far and will definitely be back to have him perform my gingivectomy work. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a skilled periodontist!

Both kept this nervous dental patient entertained, so my attention moved from a root canal to listening to their families’ antics. Best of all, I had no pain after the procedure or following days. I had an appointment with Innovative Dental Specialists for a broken tooth. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Giselle, and she was great!! I had my consolation with Dr Gordon, who was also very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will use this facility again if necessary.

I went in for a consultation for all on 4 upper and lower implants. I spoke with Dr. Louseau. He was very thorough in every aspect of the procedure and what to expect. He also gave me other options to consider. They gave me a print out describing the prices of each option that I was given. Everyone in the office was very knowledgeable and professional. If I choose to have thus done I would definitely go back to them.

I was very anxious both visits (even more the second time because I was in a lot of pain), but Dr. Wilner Loiseau immediately put me at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in detail. What really stood out to me was how he guided me through the procedure step-by-step, letting me know exactly what he was doing. That level of communication made me feel comfortable and reassured. The extraction itself went by quickly and smoothly. Although I’m still recovering, I already feel much better than I did the day before the procedure. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients and about each other. The professionalism, the closeness of the staff, and the way Dr. Loiseau leads his team all speak volumes. I’m blown away at the professionalism and honesty of this practice. This was my 3rd periodontal consult as the previous 2 had told me that I needed 12 teeth to be gum grafted and the cost was going to be $10,000. Although I wanted to trust these professionals, Something told me to seek out one more. Dr. Wilner said I didn’t need any teeth gum grafted. He was professional in how he handled the other 2 practices treatment recommendations. When and if I ever do need periodontal services, I will be going back to this place.
