After three years as a loyal patient who has also made several referrals , I am finding a new dental provider due to unacceptable customer service. An overturned truck off US-75 caused an unexpected detour this morning, causing me to arrive at 8:08 AM for my 8:00 AM appointment. With only ONE person in the waiting room, the receptionist flatly refused to check me in for being three minutes past their strict 8:05 AM cutoff—asking no questions and offering zero grace or empathy. Thank God it was only a cleaning and nothing pain related (which clearly would not have mattered). While I value punctuality and rules and I have never been late for my dental appointment, unforeseen highway emergencies call for common sense. This RIGID approach completely misses the mark on putting customers first, and I will be taking my care to a practice where customer care is the priority.

Set an appointment a month ago for a Saturday appointment! Confirmed appointment 3 times. Also got an email saying if canceled i would be charged $50. Been waiting to get this work done. Today (Thursday) two days prior to my appointment i get called if i could come in tomorrow, Friday. Said no because if i wanted a Friday appointment i would’ve been there weeks ago. The person on the phone tells me they don’t want to come in Saturday because they don’t have a full schedule. Are you kidding me? I’ve waited a month, confirmed and now this!! 101 positive reviews?? I doubt this! Ready to pay in full for braces but I’ll take my business to another orthodontist! Would not recommend, if this is how a new patient is treated then how would my treatment after i establish with them. Pass!!! Update: No, you called and asked if I could come in on Friday because “you did not have a full schedule on Saturday” and “did not want to bring in a full staff for just my appointment since the other Saturday appointments had not confirmed.” Please do not act like this situation was not your responsibility. My appointment was scheduled a month in advance. I’m sure the call was recorded, so let’s listen to it. There would be no need to call me, I had confirmed via Text, email and by phone for Saturday. If I wanted an earlier time I would have called and schedule a better time for me. I made an appointment that worked for me, you accepted. Then you tried to change it because your staff did not want to work on Saturday. Own it!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Lena’s office! I went in for a cleaning and exam, and the entire team was incredibly patient, thorough, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. The cleaning was gentle but very detailed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

I can’t stress enough how amazing this office is and how comfortable everyone made me feel! From time I booked my appointment to the end of my appointment I felt so taken care of. I came in for a cleaning & exam as I was dealing with mouth pain (needto have my wisdom teeth pulled). Dr. Lena explained everything so clearly and I’m so happy I found her!! But the cherry on top was Angela!! She cleaned my teeth the best ever & although I have so much anxiety around the dentist - she made my visit so easy!! 1000/10. Go here!! You will not regret it :)

Came in thinking I just needed a cleaning, but I ended up needing a root canal. I was pretty nervous, but Dr. Lena and her team made the whole experience way better than I expected. They even offered a comfort menu, which was such a nice touch, it really helped me relax. Dr. Lena talked me through everything and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. Everyone was super kind and patient. Honestly, if you’re looking for a great dentist in Melissa, this is the place to go.

If you are looking for any Dental work, this is THE BEST Clinic. The facility is modern, super clean with newest technology and nicest staff. I loved loved Dr Ulasik - she was very detail oriented helped me understand the self care process in a way that no other dentist has done before. She is kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. Her expertise is reflected in the way she described everything. I am very happy I found this place and happy to report that I actually look forward to going back. :)
