Rauch Family Dentistry

My insurance was not checked prior to my routine dental cleaning which is always covered. I Received a bill for the cleaning and X-rays. When I called the office, I was told they do their best to check insurance but sometimes this happens and apparently its my responsibility to track exactly 6 months to the day between each visit and I had been scheduled 2 days early causing insurance to deny the visit. I understand these things can happen, but this is the responsibility of the dental office and they took zero responsibility for the mistake and made no attempt to fix it. For that reason, we will be changing dental offices.

The most Amazing dentist in Arizona! Me and my family have had a great experience with Dr. Rauch and the rest of the team. They truly care about their patients as well as giving the best care possible! Making an appointment has never been easier, they are on top of everything and really strive to see improvements with patients. Highly recommend!

The hygienist Courtney did a great job, very professional! When the dentist came in to meet me for the first time, he could not have been more friendly and appreciative of our business. He explained things very thoroughly and went over the x-rays in detail.

Loved this office. Yufumi was terrific and thorough. She mad me feel comfortable right off the bat. Dr Rauch was equally wonderful. This office has it all. All the new tech stuff that make for a seamless appt. So happy to find them so close to home but I would drive farther to get this kind of care.

The staff at Rauch Family Dentistry was Amazing!! From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome and heard. Dr. Rauch was so nice, caring and he listened to me and said he can help me with my teeth! I am so thankful my co workers recommended me to go there!
