All Smiles General Dentistry II - Miami Gardens Dentist

I haven't been to the dentist in 4 years and the staff made me relax and comfortable, the dentists were so helpful in providing me great care.

Front desk/check in did it for me. Most dentist that I've dealt with in the past, calls once I've book my appointment online to verify my service that I intended to get and my insurance. Front desk did not have it together. Aside from that one of the attendants was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of an elder Haitian patient with a language barrier, that was trying to check in and it showed poorly on the organization as a whole. If that's the first thing you see you don't want to see anything else. To be located in a community of a majority Haitian, Jamaican and other foreigners, the staff should reflect the community so that customers can be properly accommodated and assisted. After check in, the staff was thorough, efficient and educated us on our journey to maintaining a healthy smile.

My first visit was excellent. When I scheduled my second visit they didn’t give me the correct information so we cancelled. My third visit I came at my scheduled time. They sent me a text to confirm and I responded to confirm. When I arrive they tell me they don’t take appointments after 4pm and that it’s an error from IT. I have filed a complaint on Dr Shanna brankent and the extremely rude receptionists that slammed their windows on me when I asked to speak to the Dr. the Dr told me she would have upset management give me a call with a solution. Again I have already filed a major complaint with the doh office. I requested time off for both visits from my job only to be turned away. I will be following up with my complaint and will escalate as necessary. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Anyone that comes here is wasting their time. Fake customer service false appointments and rude receptionists.

Doctor and all the Medical staff were so polite and they all show so much care. But doing my procedure i didn't had no pain it's so unbelievable from all the dentists I have been under. 10 thumbs up 👍🏽 👌🏾

I am very happy with my whole experience and treatment with Dr Bernkrant. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Bernkrant is my dentist for life. Ofices are very well equipped with upto date equipment and verry clean. Staff is always helpful too.

Absolutely Phenomenal Experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of the receptionist—who also happens to be a dear friend. She was absolutely phenomenal, making me feel right at home and setting the tone for a great visit. The dentist was equally amazing—professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. They made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a true pleasure. The entire team creates such a positive and caring environment that I actually look forward to my appointments!
