Staff was friendly and professional, from the front office to the back room. I didn't have to wait long for my same day appointment. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I understood what care I needed and was being given. I appreciated them honoring their new patient special. I had a great first experience with this dental office! From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth, organized, and professional. I was seen in a timely manner, the doctor was thorough and made me feel comfortable, and the cleaning went really well. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. They even made scheduling my next six-month checkup quick and easy before I left. Overall, it was a seamless experience from start to finish, and I’m very happy I chose this office. First time here! Loved the energy. Everyone was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. Im pregnant and almost passed out and the tech went into action to make sure I was feeling better immediately! Will definitely be returning and bringing my husband and kids as well. This was my first time going to Middletown Dental Care and I would say, my experience was awesome. When I walked through the door, someone greeted me immediately. I waited for a few and then the hygienist Sophia came and got me. She was fantastic, she told me step by step what she will/is doing, She was very professional and kind at the same time. The Dr Lee was professional and kind as well. Thus far I would say, I had a great experience at this new Dentist and I am looking forward to going back in 6 months.

I had an outstanding experience at this dental office. The dentist Dr Christian was truly phenomenal—extremely gentle, thorough, and clearly committed to providing the best care possible. I especially appreciated how thoughtful they were about trying to save me money whenever possible, offering practical options without compromising quality. The entire office runs very efficiently. The front desk staff are kind, organized, and make scheduling easy—you don’t have to wait long at all to get an appointment, which is such a relief. The hygienists and assistants are just as wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and did excellent work. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, honest, and efficient dental team.

I really enjoyed my visit at this practice. I initially went in for an emergency. I really appreciate the patience and care that they put into my visit. The front staff, dentist assistant and dentist were great. The dentist and dentist assistant took the time to explain in great detail the options that I had. Being in pain and having a team that understands made this visit so much better. I highly recommend this practice. What stood out is when the dentist told me, “we’d rather save the tooth fist.” in regard to removing it.
