Middletown Family Dentistry

We have been patients of Dr. Wang’s for almost 10 years. Our dental coverage changed recently and we were forced to explore other practices across town. After three visits at different practices we returned, even though our new insurance has them Out of Network. Dr. Wang and his staff our well worth our Out of Network fees, you can’t find their vibes anywhere. We are a large family with busy, inconsistent schedules and they work with us without issues. Kara is a wonderful addition to the office, other hygienists could take note from her patient care, thorough cleanings and explanations of dental care. This office is truly a 10 out of 10.

Great experience all around. I called yesterday looking to get set up as a new patient. I spoke with Renee who happens to be one of the best receptionists I've spoken to in a while. She offered me an appointment for the following morning and explained what to expect for my first appointment. One of the pluses of this practice is I was able to get x-rays, exam, and cleaning in one day. Other practices split it up over a few appointments. When I had an insurance issue, Renee was prompt in calling me to explain my options and broke down pricing. I had comprehensive x-rays and a cleaning done by Demi and she was great! Super personable and did a great job with my cleaning. I then saw Dr. Moran and she too was great! She did my exam and found an area of concern for a cavity. I asked when I can get this fixed and she said this afternoon! I came back later in the day and had the filling placed and was out within 45 minutes. I highly recommend!

My first visit on August 18th went well. It was an exam to see future treatments. On the 24th, I had dental work. On Sept. 3rd, I had a cleaning. My partial was sent to be clean. A few days later, a tooth fell off the partial. I called and went in to see the dentist. He gave me 2 options...send it off to the lab to get it fixed or get a new one made. I asked him when would i get it back from the lab. He replied 1 or 2 days.I told him that I would like to send it to the lab and if he can give me the cost of a new one. It took close to 2 weeks to get my partial back. When i went in to try the partial, it didnt feel right, so the technician tried to adjust it and caused more damage... it broke. When l picked it up on the 15th, I never saw the dentist, but he sent a message that he recommend that I get a new one. My partial is less than 2 yrs old. I called the office the next day to speak to the office manager. After holding on for 5 minutes, I was told that she was In a meeting. I have yet to hear from her.

Karen, my tech, asked if I had any concerns with any of my teeth. I let her know that all was well, no problems or issues. She informed me that I was due for a full set of X-rays which she took. Karen cleaned my teeth and when she was done she informed Doctor Scott. That’s what I call him. He checked the X-rays and inside my mouth. Both were very through. An assistant to Karen set me up with my next appointment and gave me the appointment card and my goodie bag. In addition I let Karen know that I took the last of my pre meds and a new script was called in and I’ve already picked it up. 100% satisfied with all of the Staff here. From checking in to when I left. Thank You.

I had a maintenance & cleaning appointment on 6/15/26. Sandy was the dental hygienist. She was detailed & very professional. She shared her expertise to help support my efforts for healthy teeth & gums. Sandy was excellent. Highly recommend.

I had a mixed experience at this office. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was excellent very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was disappointing. The dentist briefly looked at my teeth, spoke only to the assistant about what was going on, and then left without speaking directly to me or explaining any findings. As a patient, I felt this was rude and impersonal. I would have appreciated a conversation about my dental health and the opportunity to ask questions. While I greatly appreciated the care provided by the hygienist, I hope the office can improve communication between dentists and patients.

I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years for normal check up and cleaning. Today’s visit was very pleasant, with friendly service and staff, particularly my new hygienist Karen, who was very thorough and gentle on my teeth. Thank you!

I like it here so far. I felt very comfortable with the Dentist I had for the exam. I think his name is Dr. Wang. I love the tv on the ceiling for me to distract my mind from my severe anxiety. Fair pricing compare to a lot of other dentist I have been to. I highly recommend going here.

I had such an amazing visit today! Not a huge fan of the dentist as I do have some sensitivity but this appointment went great. Kara was amazing, gentle, calming and explained everything to me. She helped me understand what I need to do for the sensitivity as well as my clenching and grinding. Dr Arrighi came in for my exam and reiterated what Kara had told me and gave me the cavity free A OK! Everyone was sweet from the time I walked in until the time I left. What a great office!! Referring all my family and friends to this office!!

My first visit with Middletown Family Dentistry was a very pleasant one. I had a crown recemented. Dr. Arrighi was informing me step by step as to what he was doing, and assuring that I was ok. The staff is very friendly, and pleasant, which makes a BIG difference. I would definitely recommend this office without any hesitation. I already love my new Family Dentistry.
