Comfort Dental - Midwest City

I hope this matter can be resolved promptly, as I am currently dissatisfied with the service received. The issues began with an improperly fitted temporary crown, then an infection and followed by nerve damage. More than a month has passed, and while the company has received payment from both myself and my insurance provider, and is in possession of my permanent crown, I am still left with a temporary crown and experience numbness in my lip and chin. I delayed providing feedback in anticipation of a resolution, but despite numerous calls and unfulfilled promises of return calls, I have yet to see any progress. Therefore, I am now submitting this review.

Dr. Steve is amazing. He is very gentle and caring for his patients. He is so compassionate. Dr. Steve takes care of my entire family. The staff is so kind. I’m so happy Comfort Dental will always be my dentistry. Thank for all you do Dr. Steve. We will see you soon.

Had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in quickly the same day. The dentist, dental assistant and office staff were amazing. Whole procedure done in less than an hour. Fantastic service!

I have had bad experiences in the past at other dentist offices and haven’t gone back in 10 years until I had an emergency tooth pain and Dental Comfort got me in the same day I called! Comfort Dental staff were kind and thoughtful of my anxiety and fears and eased my mind and handled me without judgement and showed me nothing but kindness and understanding! Thank you to the wonderful receptionist, assistant and to Dr. Smith!

Went in for a tooth extraction and was pretty anxious because I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time. I have to say I was really surprised at how relatively painless the procedure was. Dr. Steve was great. I also like the fact that he talked to me about my cost for the procedure before getting started to make sure I was ok with the amount. I felt very comfortable and no one made me feel judged for my lack of recent dental care. I will be making this my permanent dental office from now on for my son and I.

So my first visit with Comfort Dental! Pleasant vibes from the staff there; The receptionist was was personable and helpful. After a little bump with Sarah's name we flowed and Dr. Braxton Feller, my dentist, very warm engaging bedside manner! Loved the eyes, guys😁Also liked the witty posters on the walls, especially Diana Floss, cute!
