My experience with this dental office was deeply disappointing and fell well below reasonable professional standards. Scheduling an appointment was unnecessarily difficult, marked by poor communication and disorganization. Interactions with administrative staff felt dismissive rather than patient-focused, and navigating insurance coverage was frustrating due to inconsistent information and lack of support. Most concerning was the hygienist’s demeanor, which was curt and impersonal, offering little explanation or reassurance during the visit. In a setting where patients may already feel anxious, professionalism should be accompanied by empathy. Overall, the office demonstrates significant shortcomings in customer service and patient care, and I cannot recommend it.

This was my first time coming here. I had a great experience with the hygienist, Lauren, who took her time with my cleaning. I did not even need numbing gel. She was gentle, professional, and explained everything in detail. Lauren was so nice and I am happy that I came here. I am very pleased.

This place houses the most caring, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful staff I have ever encountered in a dental office. If total excellence could be found in one place, PM Dental would be that place. From the exceptionally welcoming ladies at the front desk to the folks who attend to your dental needs, this place is impressive. From Dr. Emily, a powerhouse of a Dentist, to Jackie, who makes getting X-rays incredibly comfortable, to Jenna, the hygienist, my teeth look better than they ever have after a cleaning. I highly recommend PM Dental Care.

Dr Druz, only Dr Druz, and no one else This man is an artisan and a craftsman when it comes to teeth. Very gifted when shaping and matching color to existing teeth that get cracked or chipped. I recently had my front tooth chipped, and when i looked in the mirror after Dr Druz fixed it, it looked like it never was never chipped. I always leave the office feeling like nothing happened, but it did!! Granted a serious procedure like root canal may be painful during the procedure, but his chair side manner with all the tools and tricks of trade have me feeling comfortable and virtually no pain after numbing, and by later that day all i feel is the numb feeling waring off and i go about my life feeling like nothing happened earlier that day. For normal visits and filling a cavity it’s a breeze. The days of being scared of the dentist are over, go take care of your teeth with Dr Druz and the team at PM Dental. I go with 100% trust and certainty that I am totally in good hands, the best hands! You won’t regret it, i’ve been a patient for over 10 Years.

Thank you to the exceptional care I’ve received from hygienist Maricela. She’s attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, always providing personalized recommendations to address my sensitive teeth. She’s also does a fantastic job with my cleaning. The entire staff, including the dentist, are kind and professional. I’m glad to have found a dental team that truly prioritizes my oral-health.
