Noblet Cosmetic and Family Dentistry : Mobile, AL

Dr Chad is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve had tons of dental work done by a few different dentist. Switched to Noblet family dentistry about a year and a half ago and I wish I’d done it years ago. Not only is he great, so is his staff. Dr Wasserman is great there as well. She is my wife’s dentist and does Botox too. If you’re on the fence about changing dentist or have anxiety about going to your current dentist I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was a new patient who waited late to schedule appointment for May; 1st available Aug (told they contact earlier with cancelations). Hmm; turned out, I contacted them with painful/sensitive tooth; couldn't chew on that side. Asked for & was given earlier appointment. Pain gone overnight; called & told office. Appointment day kept; time changed to accommodate problem & 6mo cleaning...that was great! Running late leaving home; got caught in 2 traffic jams enroute; & missed a turn to parking area. I apologized for being 5 minutes late, didn't seem to bother Staff (Megan or Kristi). They were still polite; said that's ok; & served with a smile. I walked in to a spacious waiting area; saw smiling faces, patients & Staff coming & going/checking in & out; laughter in background; friendly environment. Waiting area clean, nicely decorated with comfortable seatings & tempera-ture. Noticed Staff confirming patients; Hygienist, Kristi, came to get me, thought another patient called. I felt comfortable with her, exam room was calming; she's an experienced professional, loves her job (singing on the job), takes pride in those pretty whites...gotta get those stains off teeth; knows how to use those tools; I learned her rinse out tip & now uses it with my Mom's care. Saw another big smiling face, Dr. Richard, he complimented my teeth care. Only thing...perhaps can have another restroom; Staff was willing to share their restroom but patient restroom became available. I'm confident I chose another GREAT DENTISTRY GROUP. Very satisfied patient

I couldn't be happier with the service I received and their facilities. A first-time patient, they got me a quick appointment to repair a broken front tooth. Best dental chair experience I've ever had - the chair had a built-in massager and the view through the facing window was birds and trees. The staff was expert and friendly. I highly recommend Noblet Family Dentistry.

I have been with Noblet Cosmetic & Family Dental for over 20 years and have always found the doctors and staff to be friendly, accommodating and very professional. I would not trust anyone else with my dental needs. They have always exceeded my expectations! Ann Mackie

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! THE LADY DENTIST TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THE OLD ROOT CANAL TOOTH IF FRONT OF GOLD CROWN ON RIGHT SIDE OF PHOTO WAS MY BRAND NEW IMPLANT TOOTH THAT WAS JUST PUT IN 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE OLD ROOT CANAL TOOTH IN FRONT OF GOLD CROWN ON LEFT SIDE OF PICTURE, WITH HOLE FILLING IN MIDDLE OF TOOTH WAS MY NEW IMPLANT. VERY VERY VERY SCARY THAT SHE'S A DENTIST AND COULDN'T TELL THAT TECH TOOK X-RAY OF WRONG SIDE OF MOUTH AND WON'T RE-TAKE X-RAY TO MAKE SURE. MOST SCARY PART WAS SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANY OLD TOOTH THAT HAD SURGERY FROM A BRAND NEW IMPLANT!!!!!! I'D NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! MY DAUGHTERS CO-WORKER JUST INFORMED THAT HER PARENTS BOTH WENT TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE BEFORE AND BOTH OF THEM ENDING UP LOSING A TOOTH THIS OFFICE HAD TREATED MONTHS LATER

Incredible service!! I was recommended to this dentist by an acquaintance. Because of a change in my insurance I had to leave my other dentist that I had for years and had wanted to leave anyway. I am glad that I did. Such a drastic change. These people are incredibly helpful and way better than my other dentist. I felt that I was able to get a better understanding of what is needed to remedy some issues. Also the lady that did the cleaning, Incredible job. I haven't had a cleaning like that since I lived in Florida. What a team of professionals! I highly recommend this place. They set my mind at ease. That they will take great care of my teeth and have my best interest in mind. Thank you!! I look forward to a new relationship with this team.
