The lack of administrative support at this office is inexcusable. Phone calls exclusively go directly to voicemail and remain unreturned. Billing is inconsistent with signed pretreatment quotes and inaccuracies are ignored after multiple attempts to resolve. Appointments booked with a particular dentist are shuffled to another without notice until you are in the chair. While their actual dental care may be adequate, the many 5 star reviews do not at all reflect how business is conducted here.

My visit was an emergency situation. The receptionist was very friendly and positive. After I was taken back the hygienist was nothing but helpful and caring. When Dr J. Came in to see me she was ultra friendly and pleasant. The procedure she did for me was effective, efficient and painless. Nothing but the highest praise for Racine Forward Dental.

Dr. Romanski has been fixing teeth for so long that I’m fairly certain he helped invent modern dentistry. By all rights he could have retired to a beach years ago, but lucky for us, he still shows up and keeps our smiles in working order. Amanda is our hygienist - she’s is an absolute sweetheart and somehow manages to make having sharp instruments in your mouth feel like a pleasant experience. She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. On occasion when Dr. Romanski takes a well deserved day off, we see Dr. J, who is also charming, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Together, they’re the perfect dental dream team!

Micki is fantastic. She always makes me feel like I’m a friend and not just a patient. I am so pleased with the care I get at Forward Dental. Anytime I am asked for a referral I tell them about Forward Dental.

i had such a positive experience getting my teeth cleaned today!! shauna the dental hygienist was so kind, knowledgeable and overall super pleasant! there’s something really special about healthcare providers who lead with both skill and compassion. the team made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for in a way that goes beyond the technical work they do every day. that kind of warmth and compassion truly makes a difference, especially in an environment that can feel intimidating for a lot of people. since coming to forward dental in racine, i have had nothing but positive experiences with shauna and her sister stephanie, dr. j too! it has completely rewritten my past experiences elsewhere and i actually look forward to my next appointments :) thank you so much guys for the great work you do!

Straight forward setting up an appointment through the online portal; no hassle whatsoever getting there and easy paperwork. The staff is friendly and thorough and the dentists seem heads-up. All in all, as good as it gets for any dental experience; no one likes getting poked and prodded but this was very much the best you can expect. The prices seemed pretty reasonable as well, I am self pay without insurance and all of my X-rays and cleaning and dental evaluation came out to roughly $380.
