Rossetti Dental

We absolutely loved going to Rossetti for the first time with my youngest. He loved it. Very nice ladies and the dentist are great and explain thorough!!!

A great family dentistry. My family and I have used multiple times and the service is always spot on and affordable. I have one child with braces and so far the experience for him has been a lot less eventful than he expected. Both of my kids have never had any complaints and my wife and I have been the same.

Two times this office scheduled an appointment for me, but when I show up, they say I have no appointment scheduled. I was understanding the first time, but when it happened again for my 6 month follow up, I was very irritated. After explaining the situation, you would assume they would try to makeup for the oversight by working me in since I was already there, but I was told I would have to make an appointment for another day. The appointments were just for general cleaning, but I live 30 mins. away and gas isn’t cheap! Then when I tried to access the portal to show where I got the appointment date, it says incorrect login (even though it was autofilled by my phone so obviously it was correct). When selecting forgot login and entering my name and birthday, it says no patient registered with that information. I almost didn’t write this review, but I’ve received 3 emails in the past month asking I write a review.

Can't say enough about their service! Extremely afford and exceptional professional skills. My family as been using them for the last six years and the service keeps getting better. And never throughout that time have we experienced poor customer service, unexpected charges or any issues with the operations. Teeth cleanings here are like trips to the spa!

Best dentists I have ever visited. Courteous and professional staff. The dentists are friendly, and always put a smile on my face. Which is saying a lot because I used to hate going to the dentist. However these dentists really seem to care and try to make every visit a positive experience.
