Go somewhere else. The techs there in that back that do what the dentist tells them to are rude act like they are better than the patient. Try to insult u and think u don't know they are doing so . Funny actually. Not professional or nice .

Since this dentist did fillings, I’ve been unable to chew on the right side of my mouth. The assistant filled my teeth unsupervised, which made me a bit nervous but I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. I tried to go in to get my issues from these fillings taken care of. I went in for an emergency appointment about two weeks later because I was in so much pain, and they slightly adjusted my bite which unfortunately did not help. Following this, the office canceled two of my appointments without my knowledge. I showed up for my appointments (luckily with my appointment cards that they had given me) and they said that they didn’t have me down on the schedule. If this had been a one-time mistake, I would’ve been fine, but they did this twice. I had been having pain for two months. I ended up going to another dentist who fixed my issues. The new dentist also told me that I didn’t have any other cavities. Dr. Sluser had wanted to do even more fillings on the other side of my mouth, so I’m glad I didn’t end up going back. If you’re like me and are down on your luck, stuck on Medicaid for the time being, please don’t settle for this office. Find another dentist who takes your insurance— trust me!

go somewhere else. they will schedule you for a time and then not call you back for at least 45 minutes. the hygienists have no idea what they are doing and will consistently make mistakes and ask the dentist for help. which is fine but they should not be learning while causing their patients harm. scheduling is a nightmare as they never answer their phone. i called five times within a span of two weeks during regular business hours and couldn’t even receive a call back. the staff is very unhelpful. they argue with you and treat their customers badly. i would highly recommend finding anywhere else to go.

Can I leave zero stars? Let me start by saying I had perfect teeth with maybe one cavity. All of a sudden this office is doing unnecessary root canals and putting crowns on teeth & doing faulty fillings on teeth that didn’t need fixed. Now the teeth they did unnecessary work on are chipping and breaking off everywhere. They got a temp crown stuck in my mouth and yanked it out tugging on my face HARD until I was in TEARS. You cannot trust them! FYI: killed a patient doing dental implants years ago and is still doing them! Don’t go here!!!

while the dentist is very nice and so is the young lady at the front, his dental assistant is VERY rude. I'm referring to the shorter one with brown/reddish hair. I'm at the dentist right now with my daughter because she has to get her wisdom teeth taken out under anesthesia. The dental assistant told me that I needed to go and drive my car around the back of the building and walk ALLLL the way around the front to wait for her. I asked her if there was an easier way for me to do that because I have a broken ankle and she just looked at my foot in a boot, fake pouted, and said with an attitude "oh well I'm sorry you should have brought a friend to help". the dentist needs to talk to his assistant and teach her what bedside manners are.

I know wveryone has different experience but the team is very nice and shows sympathy. I hate needles but they are always good about it and make sure I'm completely numb. I was there today with a swollen face due to an infection and abscess. I was only there to have the abscess drained but he took extra time to do a root canal. He was busy and it was at closing, but he still took the time to do the root canal so the underlying problem wouldn't cause more issues. I have had 2 root canals by him and both went smooth with minor pain after the local anesthesia wore off. They are not judgmental at all and will listen to your concerns. Idk any other dentist that would work their day off to help someone and I greatly appreciate him taking time from his family and life to help me so I wouldn't have to suffer through the weekend. Now I get to heal over thr weekend instead of while working. It's an inviting atmosphere and comfortable. It makes it much easier to explain your problem without worrying about being judged. The entire staff made me feel at ease by explaining everything and showing me so I could understand what I needed done. Cant thank them enough for getting me in asap both times I was in pain and needed work asap. I definitely recommend 4 seasons to friends and family.
