Honestly the best experience. I will never go to another dentist. The dr and staff are sooo sweet! All they cared about was making sure they got me out of pain. The pain started last night and I thought I could make it through that day… HAHA. Yeah right! By noon time I was about in tears from the pain. I called up and explained my situation, they were already booked full but they wanted to get me out of pain so they squeezed me in. The whole time, the dr and staff made sure me and my young boys were comfortable. I can tell dr z really cares about her patients. Her attitude and demeanor honestly meant the world to me. I can not recommend this place enough! I’m currently pain free, when 6 hours ago I was on the verge of tears. Thank you so so much, see you guys soon!
I sent my son to consult about dentures. Dr. Zahraa was kind enough to call me with my sons’s permission to discuss at length her evaluation since I will be paying for the dentures. She had a concern about his having sufficient bone to support dentures and sent him to a top rated oral surgeon for evaluation because she didn’t want to go forward if the dentures would not work for him. In addition to being lovely, she is very transparent about what would be involved Very honest and definitely cares about delivering the proper care. Her staff is also very nice. Definitely give her a try. Have a consultation with her. You will receive very comprehensive answers and potential solutions to your particular needs. And she will tell you if your needs are beyond what she feels her skills can properly address.
Friendly team, the hygienist is a sweetheart, super gentle. Dr Z did the most thorough exam I've ever had, and explained everything to me. Really impressed with the technology they have in the office. Definitely recommend
My family member felt pressured and upcharged for extra unnecessary procedures at first visit (Oct '25). They reluctantly returned in April '26 for crown repair because they had not established with a new dentist yet, and a crown broke. Upon check out at May '26 visit, was told "that will be 29 today" which they understood to mean $29 but instead turned out to be $2900. I called and asked Stephanie: Was our dental insurance billed? "Yes." Both our primary plan and our secondary plan? "Yes." What is our plan's annual maximum? "$1000." Has that been met yet for 2026? "Yes." (We haven't used the policy yet in '26) What is the contracted rate for a crown under our plan? "1570." (Insurance rates are usually around $800) What is your no insurance cash only rate for a crown? "1570." (The exact same!?) Was my family member given a quote beforehand? "Yes and they signed it." Were they told how much it would cost, because they only thought they were signing a consent form? "I don't know." Then a supervisor grabbed the phone and said they would review the insurance policy and call us back; they never did. The family member returned in June '26 for the final part of the crown repair because they thought it was now paid for and was given the attached itemized invoice which shows $1300 more STILL owed and zero paid by insurance. We called our insurance and they have no claims on file for any of these dates of service. Insurance then called and talked to Stephanie who said, "we're waiting for eob's from the primary plan before we bill the secondary plan." (We got those eob's at home home via snail mail already) Stephanie and the supervisor told us untruths on the phone in May, and then told our insurance carrier something different.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office! I have been to many dentists over the years and have had extensive dental work done, so I have a lot to compare my experience to. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. My cleaning was incredibly thorough, and the work they did filling my cavities was exceptional. What impressed me most was the amount of time and attention they gave me. They addressed concerns and issues that I’ve had for a long time—things that no other dentist had ever taken the time to discuss with me. The entire staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and valued as a patient. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such high-quality care with such a warm and compassionate approach. I left feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely excited to return for future visits. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist and dental team!
First time visiting the dentist for AWHILE. it was just a simple check up but I was expecting to be incredibly anxious while I was there, though once I finally got there I felt almost more comfortable than in my own home. Everyone there was incredibly nice, took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood what was said. The people here feel like they genuinely want what's best for you, but they also understand everyone's situation is unique, and they try to understand that unique situation to find what would be best for you specifically.
Would give a zero if I could! Nothing but always extras $$$$ and waste of time, wouldn't even complete regular 6 month cleaning without me having to consent to extra $$ procedures they saying needing to be done 1st... So did multi x-rays to charge my insurance but refused to complete my cleaning routine basic teeth cleaning, so walked out.. Don't waste your time going here!!!
