Finding a dental office that combines excellent care with a genuinely kind and professional team isn’t always easy, but Soho Smile truly delivers on both. I had my front tooth crown replaced by Dr. John, and my main goal was to make sure it matched the rest of my teeth perfectly. Dr. John took his time to get everything just right, carefully matching the color and shape so it blended naturally with my other teeth. I really appreciated how he listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure the final result reflected that. Karen, the dental assistant, was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was in the chair. As a nice bonus, you can even watch TV while you’re getting your treatment, which makes the whole experience much more relaxing.

I had a great experience at SoHo Smile! When you arrive, you are greeted by Priscilla and Dona at the front. They are friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I saw Iryna for my cleaning and she did a great job at making sure I was comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my visit! The staff took care of me every step of the way. Highly recommend SoHo Smile! 🦷✨

I have dental phobia from my past experiences at other dental practices I’ve been to, so I’ll admit I was quite nervous about coming in for a cleaning—especially since it had been over a year since my last one. However, the front desk staff, Monique and Dona, immediately helped put my mind at ease. They reassured me that the hygienist, Iryna, was not only highly skilled but also very gentle. After experiencing it firsthand, I can say with complete confidence that they were absolutely right. From the moment I entered the room, Iryna greeted me with warmth and reassurance. She even put on one of my favorite shows to watch during the appointment, which helped me relax right away. Throughout the cleaning, she was incredibly attentive and continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. John was equally wonderful—truly one of the kindest and most personable doctors I’ve ever met. He took the time to walk me through the next steps of my dental plan in a way that felt supportive and reassuring. I left feeling so happy with the results and genuinely grateful that I chose SoHo Smile for my care. I’ll definitely be returning this summer, now with full confidence that I’m in excellent hands.

I’ve been going to SohoSmile and honestly couldn’t be happier. The team is super friendly, everything runs on time, and the office always feels welcoming and professional. Even though I’ve moved further away, I still make the trip because the staff is that great. Dr. John is honest, conservative with treatment, and someone you can truly trust. He explains everything clearly and never pushes unnecessary work. The staff goes above and beyond with communication and making sure to accomodate me. Definitely 5 stars — so glad I have this place.

Irina did a great job with my cleaning. She was very thorough but I didn’t feel uncomfortable. She also explained everything clearly, showing pictures so I understood what was going on with my teeth. Staff was also really friendly and made me feel at ease upon arrival. I do still have to go back for some follow up but overall my first appointment was good. :)
