Had a phenomenal experience. The whole practice is centered around practicing with care. A few things that stood out: 1. I was able to call and schedule an appointment for the next day even as a new patient. 2. They verified that my insurance is covered by their practice beforehand, which gave me immense ease of mind. 3. Upon arrival all the staff was so friendly, and office was clean. 4. Staff care was incredibly kind and practiced with care. Other places will shove instruments into mouth that makes people feel alert and scared. Here everything is soft, and clam, and handled with care. 5. Dr. Basra was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and took the time to answer and clarify all my questions. He is a family man, and shows a true passion for helping his patients in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE FOR THEM. 5. I never felt pressured into getting additional procedures done. I've had bad experiences with dentists recommending unnecessary work, but Dr. Basra was very logical in his recommendations. (No shady manipulation) 100% the type of dental practice that has good intentions. I would send all my friends and family if I could. You should NOT have any fears going here. You will love it.

i have always had such terrible dental anxiety, but seeing dr. basra at stuy dental has been the best and kindest experience in every way. i initially went in for an emergency appointment, and he and his whole team (jessy/xiomara/diana) have been truly incredible at every appointment since then. i am so thrilled. one million stars.

I had a really positive experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, and everything felt clean and well-organized. The front desk team made scheduling easy and explained my insurance clearly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Basra took the time to walk me through everything before starting, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I usually get a bit anxious about dental visits, but their calm and gentle approach made a big difference.

My experience with Dr. Basra was fantastic. I never felt comfortable going to the dentist prior to this office, but with Dr. Basra’s attentive and kind manner I was able to stress less and get the treatment I needed. I finally found a dentist who found the right balance of communication with patients; informing me of what I needed to know without confusing technical terms but also not going too simple and talking down to me. I feel empowered, knowing what I need to do to continue to improve my dental health. I will definitely return.
