Very friendly hygienist and dentist I've had. Professional and thorough with their work too. I would definitely recommend them to whoever that has dental needs. Five star!

My first and only dentist. I've seen multiple professionals at Newark Dental Associates over the last 20 years and I've never had a bad experience. All members of staff, from the helpful associates at the front desk, to the dental hygienist, and dentists themselves are knowledgeable, kind, and extremely competent. Could not reccomended this location enough.

Typically, I love this place. However I got a $35 Cancelled/missed Appointment charge. However, they usually call. I called to let them know I never got a confirmation call and Kate Brown couldn’t take accountability for the mistake. She called me combative and passive aggressive, when really she should’ve tried to find a solution for the mistake. She told me they have on record that they called but couldn’t give me any additional information, all while I’m letting her know I have not a missed call or message. The experience was lack luster, but it doesn’t speak to how great a job the hygienists do in that office. I recommend everything about that place other than Kate Brown. She also hung up on me rather than trying to assist me in finding a solution. The lack of professionalism from said employee is never acceptable.

Before today, I hadn't been to the dentist in like five years and I was SO nervous about starting again. Someone recommended Newark Dental Associates to me and I got up the courage to go and - it was such a great experience. If you're feeling hesitant to start going to the dentist after a long time away, please give them a try!! My hygienist, Jennifer, was so kind and patient with me. I didn't feel ashamed or pressured at all - just motivated to take better care of my teeth! I can't recommend them enough.

Been going here since I was a kid, I am now 22, and stayed with them since! I’m always greeted with open arms and such friendliness. The staff is amazing, and I feel safe and secure being in the office. The hygienists and doctors are very thorough and detail oriented, and the office staff is always so kind! 100% recommend people come here! Treated like family every time I walk through the door!
