Dr Wegner took us in on short notice shortly after arriving in Chicago on travel to treat a chipped molar. Fantastic, friendly service and a warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

I was torn between giving 4 stars and five because of the higher than average fees charged by this practice but the care and skill of Dr. Wegener is unparalleled. I tried another very modern dentist-in-a-box place that was in network with my insurance and was told that my only option for a badly broken tooth was to extract it and put in an implant. I attempted to discuss options but was told to take it or leave it. I have never had an extraction and I wanted to avoid the trauma of an implant due to my advanced age. I decided that keeping my original tooth was more important than potentially saving money and I returned to Town and Country dental. Dr. Wegener thoroughly discussed my options and focused on saving my tooth. He realized during the procedure that the damage was more extensive than expected but was determined to repair it. The procedures were long but always painless. He used all of his expert skills derived from years of dedicated experience. And now I have a beautiful crown over a tooth that functions and appears like all of my other teeth. And though this was an expensive venture, the overall experience and quality of care were well worth it. As a wise man once said, beware of discounted parachutes and dentists. As this wise woman says, go to Dr. Wegener if you want top notch, no nonsense, quality dental care.

I found Town & Country Dental after doing some research with Claude, and I’m happy I gave them a try. It was my first visit — I needed an emergency filling after an old one had fallen out. The staff was thorough in explaining what was going on and what they’d be doing. They even showed me actual photos of the tooth that needed the filling, which really helped me understand the situation. It was more informative than I expected, especially for a first visit. The procedure itself was quick and painless. All around a great experience, and I will be going back.

Town & Country is a great dentistry to make your primary going forward. I had a crown fall out and another dentist was going to charge thousands to remove and replace the remaining tooth. Dr. Wegner provided another option to get the crown back on saving the tooth and money. The whole office is welcoming and has been a huge help through some tough times, definitely check them out!

Dr. Wegner is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I literally travel from Lakeshore Drive in Chicago (60601) all the way to Oak Park because no one compares. Even if you’re inconsistent with appointments and come back months later, they still treat you like family… no guilt, no pressure, just genuine care. The entire team is always checking in, making sure you’re comfortable, and truly looking out for you. What’s most impressive is that despite having so many patients, Dr. Wagner actually remembers his clients. You never feel like just a number. The care feels personal, thoughtful, and honest. They’re also very affordable, which is rare for the level of service you receive. You can tell they’re there to help not upsell or rush you. I will continue to vouch for this practice without hesitation. Literally the best dentist ever.

I'm scared of dentist and always dreaded my appointments , however I am Totally happy with my experience here. I felt comfortable and confident with the appointment and I'm happy for future appointments that I will be having. The Dental hygienist Did so amazing and made me have a painless teeth/Gum cleaning which has never been possible with other dentist I've been to. And she always checked up on me during the cleaning process to make sure I was feeling comfortable which I love! Most dentist practices will just let you sit there in the pain till they're done, but she made it to where I didn't even need a break due to how gentle she was! Dr. W. Wegner showed me how we can proceed with fixing my smile and went in to details about the treatment plans/ phases we will do. He Asked if I had any questions and honestly made me feel comfortable about talking about my teeth even though I've always been insecure about them. I have a root canal appointment scheduled, I was a bit nervous since I've only ever gotten fillings done but I have 100% confidence that Dr. W. Wegner and his amazing team will do a beautiful job. Thank you so much for making me feel Secure and confident and putting my mind at ease. I can't wait to finally have the smile and dental hygiene I've always wanted for myself !!!
