As a potential new patient I called to get information on their services. I am staying in the Keys at the moment, but got all 4 wisdom teeth removed in CA a few weeks ago, hence me needing to find help closer by. One of the holes doesn't seem to be healing properly and I wanted to get ahead of the issue. The dentist gave me some helpful strategies to try at home, and while she was more than willing to see me, encouraged me to consider the drive/time it would take to travel to her. I really appreciated her practicality, while also giving me help right over the phone. I was so impressed I had to come write a review. I'm so grateful to have found Oakland Park Family Dental! After a negative experience at another office, I visited Dr. Goyal for a second opinion on my needed treatment. He examined my teeth and explained very clearly what he thought I needed and then gave me a 5- step treatment plan in writing. Stephanie, who is always such a pleasure to deal with, helpfully explained my options for payment and scheduled my appointments. Francee and Chantau are the two amazing dental assistants who have taken care of me through the process. They are both wonderful. The professionalism, commitment, and courtesy of the entire office means a great deal to me. I highly recommend them!

It didn’t feel like one of those big corporate, assembly-line places where you’re just another name on a schedule. They actually took the time to talk to me, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I had a great cleaning visit today. My hygienist, Rita, was excellent. She was professional, skilled, and kind, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She did an amazing job,my teeth look clean and spotless. She also provided helpful tools and clearly explained the proper way to care for my teeth and gums at home. Great cleanup visit!
