I found Oakland Park Modern Dentistry through my dental insurance; after four years with another dentist, I decided to give this practice a try. To my delight, I was impressed by the warm welcome I received during every visit, right up to the end of my treatment. I can say that everyone at the practice—including Dr. Katie Lozada—works with genuine enthusiasm; the entire team is attentive and professional. I want to give 5 stars to each of them: Dr. Katie Lozada, Chenelle, Perry, Tora, Sheldon, Elton, and the others who make up this team of professionals. I highly recommend them.

Several of my family members recommended Oakland Park Modern Dentistry. What a professional, friendly, modern, and knowledgeable dental practice this is. The staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. Lozada-Flynn is amazing. My exam was so thorough and Dr.Lozada-Flynn and Eltom, the hygienist, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My husband went, too, and he is delighted with his visit. We are looking forward to our next visit in 6 months. We are so happy that we found a wonderful dentist.

I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Shepperd; she was very kind and gentle during my extraction. They allowed me to play music to keep me calm during the procedure, and I am pleased. Everyone was really friendly and smiled, and I felt welcomed. Thanks, Oakland Park Modern Dentistry

I've been under the care of Dr. Lozada Flynn for a few years now. Couldn't be happier with my experiences at Oakland Park Modern Dentistry. I have had Crowns installed and love her clear communication and caring ways. Also, shout out to Leanibet Mendez, she's the best hygienist I've ever had. I referred many patients to Dr Lozada Flynn along the way. Highly recommend.

Professional, knowledgeable, quick service and staff. Overall was a great experience and very modern. My doctor Serina Shepard was absolutely wonderful also my dentist assistant Renee was great and I can't leave out Eric who assisted with the billing process, he made it easy and clear, overall a great experience.

I did a cleaning with Eltom today and he did an amazing job and my teeth feel super clean. The team and dentist was really great at diagnosing my early caries with X-rays that didn’t hurt me at all to take. I thought I for sure needed a dental filling with numbing but they treated my tooth with a medication that can help reverse the early decay before it needed drilling. This was really cool because it literally took 5 minutes to do. Highly recommended this office and I’ll be returning with my family

If there were 10 Stars, I would be selecting that instead!!! First off, some background for me. I full-time RV across the country and while coming out of Key West had an extreme issue with a molar. I had limited options as we were only going to be in the area for three days, so I sent an email after hours to Oakland Park Modern Dentistry explaining my situation and limited time line. At 0800 the next morning I received a call from the Office Manager Chanel. She was asking about my tooth issues and the travel situation and was insistent on finding a solution for me. After several phone calls making arrangements at her and her sister’s office, my root canal was verified, prepped, completed and permanent crown in place within 24 hours. She could have easily said, “sorry we can’t accommodate your timeline”, but she didn’t, she went above and beyond as an office manager and I am truly grateful for her assistance. All the staff were amazing and if I lived in the area, I would certainly have them as my primary dentist.
