She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My teeth have never felt so clean! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a beautiful aroma (I even had to ask what scent they use because I loved it!). The front desk team made me feel immediately welcome, and their contactless check-in system is super convenient. I was even able to make myself a tea while waiting — it honestly felt more like a spa than a dental office. My assistant, Rosy, was incredible. She made me feel comfortable right away and walked me through every step of my first visit. Everything is very high-tech — they showed me a 3D scan of my mouth, which helped me fully understand my treatment. I was recommended to have my wisdom teeth extracted, and what I loved most is that they offered to do it the same day. The doctor has the gentlest hands — I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. It was quick, smooth, and very professional. After my visit, they sent my medications directly to the pharmacy and provided clear post-op instructions. They also offered nitrous oxide, but honestly, I felt so comfortable that I didn’t even need it.
