Familia Dental

I made an appointment. I emailed my insurance card info. I responded to a text from Familia with my insurance info. I filled out the prescreening/intake online, which was sent to me by Familia. On the day of the appointment, I get to the counter and they have none of this information. I give it to them again. An hour passes in the waiting room. I was on time. I gave up. You should spare yourself too.

Went in for a toothache emergency and the process was fast and simple. Scheduled the appointment over the phone with no issues aswell. The staff and the dentist were both very nice and explained any question i had very well. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The best !! I scheduled an appointment at 10pm online, got me in at 12 the next day the front office ladies were great. Also the assinstamt with my dentist was great discussed pricing and insurance perfectly. The dentist though was the best I have ever worked with !!! Very explanatory and professional. His name is Mike!! Highly recommend. They have earned my business

The dentist was incredibly fast and professional throughout the visit. They made sure my girls were comfortable and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated the staffs efficiency and skill, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The staff there is amazing super respectful and very polite. Dr. Mike, he’s the best is doing great work with my mother in law.
