Today was my first time, and it was absolutely amazing! 😊 I connected so easily with all of the staff, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I had such a great experience and can’t wait to go back! ❤️

Lexi is kind, caring, thorough, and honest when your in her dental chair. She provides a pleasant atmosphere allowing a relaxing treatment for your smile. She is professional and equipped with the tools for pictures and x-rays for Dr Brandon. She made my experience one to look forward to every 6 months. Thanks again Lexi, Buz Fleissner

I only had one visit at this dental office due to an insurance issue where I was going to be out of network. But they took great care of me and were very attentive to the insurance issue. The dentist I saw was professional and knowledgeable, the hygienist was thorough as well. It’s a shame I can’t go back to them while on this insurance, my husband went to this dentist for years and years and has always had good things to say. When I needed to transition they made it very easy for me!

I had the best experience at this dental office after having a bad one. The ladies at the front desk were professional, friendly and very thorough. Dr. Nelson was sincere, professional and left me with no worries. I can't wait for my next visit which is unusual because who is ever excited about returning to the dentist office? It's me. That's who! Thank you all for THE BEST DENTAL CARE!

Always a very warm greeting, very attentive, making sure everything is the way it feels for you as far as comfort . For me personally, they I’ve made it very easy to go back to the dentist.

I’ve seen a few dentists in my life and my favorite had to be Dr. Ellingson at Regency Dental in Omaha. I’ve always had a fear of going to a dentist to the point that I hadn’t been to one in over 10 years when I found Dr. Ellingson. When I started to look, I tried 2 other dentists before I got lucky and stumbled across him. He and his staff are kind, gentle and patient (besides being talented). They explain what they are going to do before they do it and wait for me to be ready before starting. Especially if you have fear and anxiety about seeing a dentist, you should give them a try!

Dr. Spanel is retiring and is AMAZING but unfortunately the individuals taking over are VERY money focused. I stood at the hallway door for 15 minutes as I was the first appointment and they didn't let me in until exactly at 7:00 am. My normal dentist (Dr. Spanel) wasn't there due to schedule changes and they never called to let me know, so he didn't do my exam. In addition they have made the following financial changes..... 1. Charging a credit card processing fee of 3% 2. Requiring you to pay upfront to even schedule the appointment for the work you haven't even gotten done instead of paying on the day you get work done. 3. Have you sign a contract to allowing them to Charge a fee if you don't cancel within a timeframe. ( I've not experienced this but would hope there is some leniency) Either way is very off-putting. 4. They actually have a virtual assistant that answers the phone?!?! Just confirms the lack of interest they have in actually being personable. It's transitional care for financial gain and not focused on the client anymore which is too bad because it was an amazing place.
