Elegantly Dental of MetroWest

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Elegantly Dental of MetroWest. My original appointment was scheduled for July 15 at 2:40 PM. On the same day, July 15, at 12:38 PM, I received a message asking me to come in at 12:30 PM instead. I received the message after the requested time had already passed. I was expected to change my schedule immediately, which was impossible. After communicating with the office, my appointment was moved to the next day, July 16. However, when I arrived, I was told that they could not see me and wanted to reschedule me again for July 21 because they had no availability. My time is valuable, and I have other commitments. Being repeatedly asked to change appointments and being unable to receive the service I scheduled was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I am very surprised this office has such high ratings because my personal experience was completely different. I hope the office improves its appointment management and communication with patients. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

I am the kind of person that highly relies on reviews. The staff here is very knowledgeable and very sweet. They are super nice. I was so terrified of going to the dentist to do dental work and they made sure I was comfortable the whole way before, during and after the procedure was done. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a place that is amazing. Here they listen to your concerns and they explain everything very well to you so you are not lost, confused or surprised.

I had a dental emergency while visiting from out of town. They were able to see me the same day. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentist, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Dr Lee explained everything which put my mind at ease. He not only provided excellent care, but also advice moving forward. If I lived here he would be my dentist.

I chose this office after experiencing long wait times at my previous dentist, and the difference has been outstanding. The team provides excellent service, with Dona and Ale in particular! The entire staff is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely focused on patient comfort and satisfaction.

I had a great experience at Elegantly Dental of MetroWest. The doctor was really kind, took the time to explain all my options clearly, and never made anything feel pushy or “salesy,” which I really appreciated. My dental hygienist, Mari, was also excellent—super friendly, very gentle, and the cleaning was completely pain-free. Overall, the whole visit felt professional, honest, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I really love the care they provide. The protective glasses are always sanitized and sealed, which is a great sign of how much they care about their patients. The team of doctors and assistants is also very kind and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience.
